Great Amenities I really appreciated the quality of the breakfast and the small gym, both added a lot to my overall experience. 4. Relaxing Atmosphere The whole place has a peaceful and welcoming feel. 5. Would Happily Return Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I’d gladly stay here again.

Staff. The guys here were absolutely lovely. They spoke good English and were really friendly and helpful. Check in/out Very easy, no problems. Parking There's a big car park at the side of the hotel but fortunately we managed to park our motorcycle at the front of reception. Room The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room light and airy. There was a balcony but no chairs to sit on. Breakfast. Excellent continental breakfast.

Location The hotel is situated adjacent to a roundabout and can be quite noisy. The walk up to the town is quite steep and not so good for people who are not fit or healthy. Not ideally situated for the town centre. Bathroom The shower cubicle was excellent, but the bathroom is rather small.

The hotel was clean, pleasant, cozy design and a welcoming perfume and environment. The cozy, warm lights of the rooms made us feel at home and we were grateful for all the careful details regarding the rooms and breakfast. We are looking forward coming back at Santa Eufemia!

The male receptionists seemed distant and not as friendly as the female ones who were very willing to help us with everything. Also, it would have been really helpful and nice to have some vegetables at the breakfast.

Everything was perfect and fair for the money. Thanks to the staff for their friendly approach. It felt good! I liked the overall experience.

2 less good aspects: a) the overall cleanliness was good, but the mirror in the bathroom was not clean and some soap or toothpaste remainings were clearly visible; b) the sound proofness of the room was not good: I got awake with the sound of the water running in the others guest bathrooms as they prepared for a new working day... Toilets flushing, showers and sink taps running, from above me and adjacent rooms. It literally woke me up before my schedule alarm.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Perfect location and excellent facilities. Room was enormous with a large, convenient full bathroom. The bed was the most comfy I ever experienced. The pillows were an absolute dream so I enjoyed a perfect night sleep Loved the overall design of the spaces and you can see a loat of attention to detail and quality refurbishment. The buiding has parking as well and breakfast was divine, loads of variety and really nice quality food. I trully enjoyed it. I would recommend it without any hesitation and will definitely use it again if and when in the area. Loved it!!!

Nothing bad to report. This hotel is excellent

Breakfast: I enjoyed breakfast,. I liked the choice and the breakfast room was comfortable and spacious. I liked the yoghurt and the pasteries.

I was disappointed with the coffee machine I would prefer bean-to-cup rather than the PODs. No Pastéis de Nata! It's Portugal where is the Pastéis de Nata? The room was well priced but everything else was expensive ($1.80 for coffee!)

The access to the hotel was very easy. It's near the centre of the city. The parking area is huge. the staff are very friendly, available and attentive. The room was good, clean and confortable. The hotel was very clean. Good breakfast for a 3 star hotel. Good propositon price-quality

Good 3 stars hotel to stay at Covilhã

Spacious room with comfy bed. Clean bathroom. Friendly stuff. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

For us two things: 1. Very limited parking space (but if you don't travel by car is no problem). 2. The sound proofness of the room was not good: at the room next door someone was taking shower at morning and it was very noisy, could hear everything which almost felt like having it in our room.

This is a very nice hotel. Our room was very clean, bed was comfortable, the shower is excellent. Rooms are nicely decorated. Location is good with good parking right beside. It's a 1 km walk or drive to the centre. Lidl is a couple of blocks away. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices and continually being refreshed.

Superb staff, comfortable room, brilliant shower, well stocked small bar, good buffet breakfast with plenty choice. Well located for accessing parts of Covilha on foot and easy to get cheap, reliable excellent local taxi service from reception for old town. We liked it and the area so much we stayed two extra nights.

Would be perfect with a restaurant. Parking may be limited but we always got a space.
