The staff is very friendly and efficient. The different areas and the size of the complex to accommodate your mood. The kids' pool, animation staff and activities - the children are truly entertained! The restaurant is amazing! Delicious food! The spa is beautiful and has many things to do.

my bed was a bit too soft, felt the mattress was a bit worn out. Maybe some updates are needed in the room(s). The feature of the glass separating sleeping area and WC is quite unfortunate - going to the bathroom during the night without waking everyone is impossible!

This hotel was recommended to us by Portuguese friends who were delighted. At first it seemed like an ordinary hotel. But then we were able to appreciate all the advantages in detail, for example, the interior design and its convenience. The room was very large and comfortable. Everything is new. Carefully thought-out lighting and furniture. A comfortable bed, shower, clothes hanger and everything else! A wonderful view of the pool from a comfortable balcony. The hotel has many different room categories and buildings. If this is important to you, find out about the room and the view from the window in advance. There are several swimming pools, including a fun pool with music and a DJ, aqua aerobics and a bar where you can sit while in the water. Payment for food and drinks will be written on the card from the room. You can pay upon check-out. There is also a quiet pool and children's pools with slides. Pools, both outdoor and indoor. Many comfortable sun loungers. Some of them are in the water. There are beautiful sun umbrellas. Comfortable and beautiful beach towels. There are many guests, but there is enough space for everyone, the guests do not interfere with each other, but on the contrary, create a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel restaurant must be booked in advance, they cook delicious food there, and the restaurant is popular. We booked the restaurant immediately after booking a room at the hotel in messages on booking.com and did not regret it. But if there are no seats in the restaurant, then the bar in the lobby is suitable for a snack. There is also room service. There are several underground garages. The garage was convenient and new. Parking for guests is free. After dinner, I recommend walking around the area around the pools and taking photos. The photos turn out very beautiful due to the beautiful sky and the available lighting and the well-equipped territory.

The hotel and its facilities were outstanding. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the main guy on reception who spoke very good English and helped us a lot. The spa and pool area was beautiful, it’s easy to just loose yourself and forget all your worries at their spa.

The journey too and from the hotel as it’s practically in a very small, quiet Town with nothing to do outside of the hotel. You really do need a car to get around. I prefer not to drive on holiday as I love the scenery of a new place.

- Big and modern room. - Indoor pools and spa are amazing, by far some of the best in the country. - Great restaurant with amazing food.

- Late check in (only at 4pm), which doesn't leave so much time to use all the features of the hotel if you only stay one night. - it's very difficult to get a spot to leave the towels for the indoor pools, as all of them are normally occupied... Perhaps it'd be better to limit the amount of hours someone can stay in the pool in a row, as there seemed to be some spots not actually being used.

Amazing spa and outside are, even though it was sold out never felt crowded.

It's not exactly what I didn't like, It's more of a possible improvement, I feel half-board or even all-inclusive would have been the icing on top of an already pretty good cake

An amazing hotel and definitely the biggest spa I ever been.

Children, teenagers and a very familiar scenario for a spa where you should be relaxing. It was very busy for a spa and I don’t think we should have waiting lines or damaged equipment at the spa for the price it’s paid.

Best welcoming, with a very lucky upgraded room. The SPA is simply heaven on earth. Not easy on the body being pampered all day, but you do your best at it :-) Experience is definitely to be repeating. Happy wife, happy life ;-) Highly recommended!

We loved everything. The only thing that could be better is the restaurant. A lot of tables, the working people are going one place to another and it makes the environment a little stressful. But the food was good!

The hotel was a really nice stay. It's worth it if you use everything the facilities have to offer. It's worth it even if you stay only one night. We will definitely come back again.

It would be nice if guests had some discounts in the massages.

Very strange with having the toilet seat and the sink in the bathroom as ”one”. No place to hang towels or wet bathing suits which is strange since it’s a spa hotel?
