Stylish, comfortable hotel located towards the top of a valley with good views. Situated within walking distance of a small town approximately 1.5 miles or 3km each way. The underground car park with lift access was convenient.The restaurant staff were all exceptional. They were also very observant in seating couples at the opposite end if the restaurant to loud families with children. Much appreciated. Thank you. Wine recommendations were also good.

The buffet meals were disappointing when compared to those cooked to order. After a while they were left cold as the heat lamps didn't seem to work. Some rather noisy children and families were annoying in general but specifically in the restaurant. No permanent bar tender meant it took quite some time to order a drink. Some customers just left after waiting too long to get served so perhaps the hotel is missing out here.

Amazing surroundings around the hotel, with beautiful views from the room as well. The breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of options to choose from—buffet-style on the weekend, while on Monday they took orders for eggs and pancakes. The beds were very comfortable, and we were offered free parking in the garage. The outdoor jacuzzi and indoor saunas were great. The staff at the reception were very welcoming, and the sangria at the hotel bar was delicious.

The inside pool was full of children constantly jumping into the small pool and splashing water over the whole place and other hotel guests who tried to relax. None of the hotel employees did anything about it. Mandatory swimming caps inside the spa which they offered but charged us for them.

Indoor Pool need to be with appointment and only 1 per day, did not match what I expected.

Fantastic hotel, location and facilities. Staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, often going the extra mile to improve the guest experience. João (the bar/breakfast room manager) is a top man ! Views are stunning and breakfast a must. Local cheese is a delight. The tranquillity of the nightime rest is reinvigorating. We will be coming back again for sure.

Excellent service in the restaurant with good breakfast and excellent buffet dinner. Attractive swimming pool of a good size. Friendly and helpful staff - special mention for Mónica in reception and Ricardo (bar/restaurant). Great view from the breakfast-room / restaurant. Nice lobby bar with reasonable prices for a hotel.

The "mountain view" room only really had a close view of the hillside. I imagine rooms on the other side of the building have better views.

- localization in very calm area - spacious room with good isolation - nice breakfast - nice touch with welcome pack with apples and water - we have used the indoor pool and saunas, but the outdoor pools seemed nice especially for families

- the organization of breakfast could be better - boiled eggs and tomatoes are on the same area as fruits (I would place it with cheese and ham), but it’s just a small detail

Room view over the mountain was very nice. Dinner and breakfast with good variety and staff was very helpful and nice, particularly during dinner. Location is perfect. We tried massages in the Satsana spa - amazing! Couldn’t recommend it enough. The therapists are very good :D we stayed during Carnaval and there were a lot of activities for kids in the evening/night.

Breakfast and dinner could have more variety of fruit. Indoor pool is small and during peak hours is overcrowded.

Everything was SPARKLING clean! The view of the mountains is stunning and honestly just fantastic all around experience!!

I wish our room had a balcony, but that’s a very tiny negative as we loved everything about the hotel. It would only be so my husband and I could sit outside after putting out some to bed.

The hotel is amazing and I would certainly return. We paid for a massage and made use of the pool etc. The room was of a high standard and very clean. Restaurant was excellent

We stayed in 8 hotels on this trip, and this hotel was 3x more expensive than any of the others. So whilst very enjoyable, it was a little on the expensive side.

The great location with amazing views. Nice spa and pool area for the kids. Everything was very clean, tidy and well kept. And underground parking was good during the rain.

There weren’t any vegetables at the breakfast. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and it had some sort of the anti drip cover under the sheet. There were no toiletries such as body cream, hair conditioner and etc. There was only gel and shampoo two-in-one .
