The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of products available. The location was also good about halfway between the city and the mountain top. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The isolation between rooms is not great so one can be easily affected by the noise coming from other rooms.

The breakfast is ok. The location is convenient, just on the main road to Serra da Estrela. The view from the room is wonderful.

Sound insulation is bad. I can hear the TV and conversation of the neighbour rooms. So, I dared not switch on the TV or speak too loud. The room is a little bit small although there is a balcony.

Everything is new and well-designed. The personal age friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed view during the breakfast - on the mountain and Seia.

Broken elevator and a walking platform uncleaned from grass and bushes. From the side of the mountain, the hotel area does not look as attractive as from the front.

Great spot with amazing view. Staff friendly and helpfull. Didn't spend too long in the hotel but was very quiet. Super close to Sabugueiro and Seia. Great place to stay if you're in the Serra.

Everything was pretty great. Maybe the breakfast could have a bit more local products but it did the job.

The location is quiet and peaceful and outstanding in beauty. The staff were always helpful and nice. Great breakfast, very comfortable and clean room and a fun games room to spend some time.

Beautiful view. Great staff. The front desk worker saw that we missed breakfast so she brought us back to the lounge area and brought us out a bunch of different items to choose from. She went above and beyond.

Very big double bed, we fit 2 adults and 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) in the same bed, everything else was as very good price/quality.
