The breakfast was really good and the dinner is buffet and delicious. The room is comfortable and have a lot of space, is really big. The decoration of the room is quite nice too. The gym and SPA is ok and the pool is huge. Even with a lot of people the pool remains with enough space. The lounge is comfortable and there is live music at evening. Really comfortable and enjoyable

The room had some damages on some parts and some construction details were forgotten. Even being beautiful and comfortable, seems to miss something on the room to be more cozy and a 4 star room

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. I really loved the way they displayed the historic elements of wool into the decor. The pool area was lovely. We had a nice quiet room. The breakfast was plentiful and had lots to choose from. Staff was wonderful. Large parking lots of spots. We took an UBER into the old part of the city for dinner and it was only about 5€. Free bottle of water in our room was a nice touch.

The only thing I felt that was missing because we're early risers, was a coffee machine in our room. Breakfast started at 8am, but if you wake up at 6am, it would be nice to make your own coffee. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

The hotel is well connected with the city, there is a bus stop right at the entrance, and it is in close proximity to all city facilities. The ambient and the music are relaxing, and almost everything is covered in wool (even table lamps). There is an exibition at the lobby, I bought a very high quality wool scarf from there. Breakfast was smart, focus on quality rather than quantity. For example, the fresh bread and variety of local cheeses were exceptional, but there was little diversity of the food. The room is quite spacious and modern. The price is very easy on the pocket against the high quality you receive in the hotel.

The internal atmosphere of the hotel is a bit humid, perhaps from having an indoor pool.

Have stayed here many times, hence the return visit. Bedrooms very comfortable indeed. Breakfast is very good and met our needs. Indoor Pool is very good, outdoor pool is small and is unfortunately shaded by trees. We like this place and will be going again.

This is a first, never left poor information before. Evening meals used to be fantastic, buffet selection. Buffet now only available on weekends. Now it’s a fixed limited, very limited menu. We will not be attending during the week days again. Also, check your restaurant bill. Not only us, but another table queried additional items on bill. This happened on more than 1 occasion.

Very helpful staff at reception and in the bar & restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and there was easy onsite parking for our motorbikes. The buffet breakfast was excellent with very varied options. The spa and swimming pools were great, no charge to use the pools (one indoor & one outdoor) or jacuzzi. Great location for interesting motor bike rides.

The evening meals were not quite as good as we have enjoyed before when there was a super buffet each evening, but now only occasionally. No other negatives.

Staff is amazing, super friendly and kind. Facilities and services provided in general were great, good food and breakfast.

The room felt more like a 2 or 3* hotel. Bad finishings all around (next to outlooks, paint splattered around, bed made noise and was just okay in terms of comfort (I had more comfortable beds in 3* hotels), but was good in terms of size. The curtains weren't wide enough for the entire window so at 7/8 am we were getting woken up by the sunlight. The TV was also mid-range / average quality. The bathroom, space, temperature were good

Everything was good.. Staff friendly and always able to help with any enquiries. Room good size. Food was good. Breakfast plenty of variety to fuel you up for the day.

Could do with having a kettle for anyone that wants coffee or tea in their room. I thought the restaurant could be a bit more organised. We both felt a bit lost with trying to understand what they were actually serving. They have a set menu and a A La Carte and in our opinion they try to sell you the set menu, nothing wrong with that but would be great if they could explain things better. But overall a good experience and great staff.

The rooms are spotless and comfortable. The pools are great, as are the saunas and the gym. We had a week there and had a reat time for everyone

The gym's AC didn't work, and there were no Coffee machines in the rooms. Also, there were no basic vegetables at breakfast.

We only stayed for one night. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The bar is a nice place to spend the evening. Breakfast was really good.

THe kids club should be focused on offering books and toys rather than tablets. But the girl who was taking care of the children was lovely.
