The fact that we can actually stay in the room to eat & relax

We were actually sick because of the pesticide smell when we arrived was very strong. We are aware this was a pet friendly facility and the facility need to be sprayed but that was a little too strong. We had to take out our own trash daily and we had to make our rooms daily and we had to constantly call and ask for towel and they were always out of lines and towels

It was a good experience. The staff was very polite, the two-room apartment was comfortable, all the equipment in the room worked perfectly, and the windows could be opened to air out the space. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable and convenient. We felt safe and at ease.

Perhaps a little renovation or cleaning of the carpet on the emergency stairs we used to go outside might be needed.

Friendly staff and good value for money. Laundry service was free while we were there but that might be changing. There's also a decent gym that's free to use and appliances you can borrow for your kitchen.

A bit dated and free parking would be nice. Rooms only get cleaned every 7 days.

Loved the room that I chose for my dad. When I came to visit, it was clean, spacious, and truly wheelchair accessible. Hotel staff was friendly and I'm sure they helped him out during his stay.

My only complaint, and maybe I missed this, was there weren't any handicapped automatic buttons for the lobby doors.

The air conditioning and fridge were very noisy - especially the fridge which kept making a whistling noise on and off (but I’m a light sleeper and this probably wouldn’t bother everyone)

wife and I came for a Vaintines weekend and this place was a very clean place, great staff. We will definitely stay here again. We were very pleased

It would have been great if there was a spa, and if the popcorn machine that was on display was actually working.

I really enjoyed the comfort and large space of my room. Made me feel like I was right at home.

The rude guest continued to pound on the door across the hall, and my bathtub felt a little off when stepping in. I felt a little uneasy with how it was

Megan was warm and friendly. She went above and beyond to accommodate our extended stay experience. She did this before knowing that my birthday was the reason for our booking. Her service was the highlight of our stay! Thank you, Megan.

Great value. Lovely staff. Enormous and well equipped rooms.

Location was a bit desolate and remote but fir the price, couldn’t complain

The kitchenette was great. I travelled for a family Christmas party in which I was handling the desserts. The prep space was great for what I needed to finish them once I got to the area.
