Located in a small village this is a wonderful B&B experience. Very romantic vibes. Breakfast is served across the piazza in a small cafe and was excellent. The staff were very helpful. Some unique things to do within walking distance of the village!

Even though we received good directions we unfortunately had some difficulty finding the B&B - I think we were a little hesitant to drive into what may have been a car free zone ! The owner/manager came out to help - which we were very appreciative of

Bagno Vignoni is a very busy little town. It is visited by many Motorcyclist and Bi-cyclist, who all clear out at night. Our room was right in the middle of everything. There were some excellent restaurants with fine dining. Of course the mineral baths are why we were here. It was great.

I had made inquiries through Bookings on how to schedule the mineral baths and I never received a reply. That was the biggest thing to disappoint me. Our spa experience was not hard to schedule when we arrived, but a little help would have been appreciated.

The room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of meats and cheeses, as well as yogurt, eggs, and the usual abundance of sweets. Really appreciated the protein!

Like any ancient building that is updated, the bathroom wasn’t perfect. No biggie.

It’s very quaint and in a lovely location. The staff at breakfast were lovely and made us feel welcome.

Our room was across the Courtyard away from the main house and next to the kitchen, which started breakfast prep early and disturbed us. But that was the only complaint.

This small B&B has a perfect location and a good parking lot. The stafff is perfectly friendly and helpful and the breakfast in a small breakfast room just near the hotel is delicious!!

Wifi there is quite bad and keeps disconnecting. And we did not find a blanket that was rather weird

- The front door of the room closes, but it's not locked (defect).

Info about keys and codes to the door into the mail on the day of arrival. When I am on my holiday I do not cheeck my mail every few hours

Beautiful property in beautiful location. Friendly, helpful owner and staff. Every room smelt great too. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Outstanding breakfast in and outstanding location.

Great location and lovely accommodation. The staff were amazing. We were leaving early and missing breakfast, so a basket was made up and left for us with all kinds of food for breakfast. We had a feast while walking on the Via Francigena. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Couldn’t arrange an earlier check in than 3 which is handy when you are walking and trying to avoid heat - has a very nice lounge area but reception/manager often there . A good coffee machine would be nice.
