We had a fantastic three-night stay at The St. Regis Jakarta! We love everything about this luxurious property. From the moment you stepped into the lobby, its exceptional staff and the sight pampered all your senses. Everything was so immaculate! We were there before my husband's birthday. On the first night, we found birthday cake, a bouquet of flowers, and a hand-written card wishing him a happy birthday—a lovely and well-thought-out gesture. We found the butler service to be very efficient and effective; they're just one WhatsApp chat away. On Saturday, we decided to stay in and enjoy a pool day. We spent a lovely relaxing afternoon at its gorgeous pool area and had it all ourselves! The pool is such a gem. The designer was so brilliant to create such a masterpiece in a limited space. Kudos! The breakfast spread was fantastic; they had a traditional Indonesian option, too, which was delicious. All in all, it's a great stay.

Staff efficient, helpful and facilities are first rate. Corridors are suitably & elegantly decorated. Request for late check-out out was swiftly handled without a fuss. Extremely important for international travellers. Spa was great.

Refurbished, but still, an old property. Swimming pool is rather small, wet and unappealing, with unused furniture not tidily arranged. No readily available qibla direction in the room for muslim guests.

The Staff was amazing from the doorman, receptionists, housekeeping, to the Butlers and higher managers. Breakfast was unbelievable with so many options, you'll be full before you try everything you want. The Creme Brulee French Toast was out of this world! Highly recommend. Our bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies each night. The price is on the higher end, but you definitely get what you pay for!

We have been to Jakarta many times and stayed at a few other 5 star hotels but St Regis is the best so far. Everything (staff, 2 bedroom suite, spa/massage, food, etc) was great just as a 5 star luxury hotel should be. The lightshow & entertainment at the lobby was also nice.

Had a pleasant staycation at this nice hotel with great service and the staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place for staycation, where you won’t think to go outside of the hotel as they have what you would need i.e. a restaurant, a deli (with good coffee and pastries - the puff caramel croissant is my favourite), spent evening at their St Regis Bar, the next day enjoyed the spa (one of the best I’ve had). I’d like the room compared with other five stars hotel nearby at Jkt, and I don’t understand why other comment below doesn’t like the locations, it’s a great location (compared to Pa*k H*at*). Nice looking high-end hotel and amenities. Room, spa and sauna all good quality. Central location.

No cold water bath near sauna, but can just take a cold shower. There's shaved ice as well. Airport shuttle not included in price, but that's not a big deal.

The staff is phenomenal. We went there for special occasion. The butler arranged a bouquet of flower and a piece of cake for the surprise. You can order coffee snd tea 24hours during your stay for free.

Every facility was perfect. Food, room, gym, pool and lobby were very accommodating.

All the postcards they leave at your room after cleaning or when they weren’t able to clean your room are a bit annoying after a couple of days.
