I stayed at this hotel after coming off a cruise when my husband was hospitalised. The staff went above and beyond what their duties were. Every single one of them were extremely helpful. I was put in a top floor room extremely spacious and spotless. The quality of everything was first class. I had room service and food was excellent. On my last night my husband was with me and we ate in the restaurant which also was excellent. Due to the circumstances of my stay we were allowed a late check out. First class. Also within a few minute walk from the nicest supermarket I have ever been in.

I needed a place near the airport because I was landing near midnight, and I booked this literally while waiting for the plane to take off from the previous destination. It was a fantastic stay! Super nice staff, clean and totally adequate accommodation, and - I confess, for an American, I adored that I could open my window on the 5th floor, I cant even remember the last time I was able to do that in a hotel anywhere. I didn't realize I had breakfast included, too, and it was great. Again, super helpful staff and awesome food. Sardinia is beautiful, rich in culture and history, and the people are wonderful. Other: I liked that I could turn off the AC in my room, the elevator was spacious by EU standards, and even though my room was right by the elevator, I never heard it, it was very quiet.

I've been travelling throughout Sardinia for a month, staying at various locations, and this hotel had the one of the best rooms for size, comfort, modernizations, but especially the bathroom! It was so nice to not only have a tub (which seems to be almost non-existent in Sardinia), but a huge, deep, long, jetted tub that was just what I needed to soak for hours! It's been beautifully remodeled with an elegant contemporary style for comfort and function while keeping it's classic history alive throughout the hotel. The bed and couch were very comfortable, room was quite and dark, and I loved the robe and slippers as a finishing touch to enjoy relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was wonderful and some of the best food I experienced here. I am booking it again on my way back to the airport and looking forward to my stay! I highly recommend this hotel!

I didn't experience anything I didn't like. No views like other hotels I stayed but wasn't expecting any given main reason to stay was close proximity to Cagliari airport.

The staff is amazing. For me, that is a very big deal. They were all professional and in one case, we had some issues with the window in our room since we could not close it correctly, and the staff had someone in our room in 5 mins to show us how. The breakfast is amazing, fresh fruit, fresh pastries and a good selection of seating indoors and outdoors. The restaurant was also amazing. The servers were very attentive and helpful with helping my girlfriend and I select our meals. We also got to enjoy a live band. We had accessible parking while we were there as we rented a vehicle.

The weather but the hotel doesn't have control of that. We also happened to go during a holiday, so many of the stores were closed near the hotel. Neither issue had anything to do with the hotel.

The apartment is basic, but very comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom fully equipped. Fully air conditioned and , great bonus for me, a very nice coffee machine with nespresso like capsule. The reception also sells capsule and they were excellent. The pool is big and there is also a restaurant/bar. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. They even let us use an empty apartment on our checkout day to use the shower so we could use the pool for the morning.

Maybe a firmer mattress would have been nice but it is probably just a matter of preference. Nothing else really

Breakfast was great. Good variety of products and everything was very fresh. Room was reasonable considering the category of the hotel. Location is fine if you have a car. It has easy access to the airport.

I have received a message from booking offering a deal to have a dinner at the hotel. Once I was at the restaurant several restrictions were applicable since many options from the menu were not included. Thus, in the end, we had the choosing our food from the menu. I must say that the food we chose was excellent.

I like this hotel so much that I booked it three times in the last two months. It is very comfortable, close to the airport, and is a benefit because I always have late flights. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious.

The last time I was there the coffee machine of the breakfast buffet was not working and I got a fantastic cappuccino from the kitchen. This time the coffee machine was in use but its cappuccino was terrible, Not comparable with the buffet level and the hotel. It was a pity.

Ideal for late night arrival as very near airport, parking, clean tidy room a little small but ok for one night we would upgrade if staying longer. The forte of this hotel is its restaurant , we were very impressed by quality and menu, attentive service from Maitre and his team. Enjoyed our dining experience THANK YOU

Small bathroom and shower., and air Conditioning didnt work

The location was great for us. It was close to Speedy pizza which was awesome as well as the airport. The room was comfortable. The hotel was great and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic! Quite a wide spread! Check in and check out was very easy. Parking available.

Security passing in the hallways required especially at night.
