Good location, Comes with under ground parking which was excellent as needed a pin to access. (Have to pay for this separately to get a pin code for this so had to wait a little while for this) Rooms very large and long, balcony nice size Pool on roof (not used as winter) Liked the lock on the doors, no key needed, pass code. Check in was confusing as I never received the pin for access, luckily the lady on shift (who couldn't speak English) was very helpful and helped us in as we showed confirmation and she confirmed with the owner !

We are travelling Portugal and Spain by bike, so usually stay in these types of apartments/ owner operated rentals. Kitchen facilities, washing machine and some basic soaps helped make our stay easy. Good to have balcony to dry clothes on rack and it was comfortable inside also in living area. Good shower. Simple access with our bikes. 12pm as latest check out. Comfortable sleep (even if the sheets were too small - it’s one of those trendy beds where mattress sits in the wooden framing)

Some kitchenware needs updating. The frypan on induction hob failed to work. Notified by message app to owner (as phone contact failed) - was advised this would be passed on to maintenance team. I’ve stayed at places recently in this province that have addressed issue like this more swiftly. Dish drying rack and one more tea towel for a three night stay would be helpful - we barely use the dishwasher (as uses more water).

Great location and a comfortable flat. Perfect for a stay in the area!

The shower had issues with water temperature fluctuating between very hot and cold. I reported this, and while maintenance was informed, the issue remained unresolved. The cutlery in the drawers was oily and needed washing.

Good location, nicely organized space of modern apartment with all needed equipment, comfy bed, free coffee, free parking outside, very close to sea and promenade

Problem with electronic code on the door (too sensitive). After intervention of the staff we received standard card to access room. A bit smelly from bathroom canalization (we stayed on the ground floor). Weird thing with charging of my banking card with deposit, which was returned after few days.

It was new, good shower, clean, comfortable.

We stayed 2 days and there was 1 caps for dishwasher, one for wash machine, one for coffee... that was very bad. Response slow and to specific. Like I asked after I arrived, " price include parking?" Answer took like 3 hours, saying no , nothing else, like how much, what is the procedure to get the parking... need to ask again for price, got answer the next day. So why will I pay for parking now?

I could NOT get access to the wifi which is really not good and cost me ALOT OF MONEY In Mobile data. I messaged property SEVERAL TIMES and pushed reception button and NOBODY in my eight day stay replied to me OR answered reception call . This wasnt fair or good and has ended up costing me alot of money.

An oven and toaster and kettle would be useful. The microwave was supposed to be an oven as well as a microwave but we could not make it work as an oven

The overall quality price is great. The rooms have all you need to feel at home and be comfortable. The only thing I would improve is to have direct contact with someone on site (as opposed to having to call a central number) in case something is needed after hours.

Location , size and appliances.

The property was almost brand new, spacious, bright and clean. Equipped with basically everything that you’d need for your stay. Also a lot of storage space available.

We accidentally booked on the ground floor, there were some people in the flat above us constantly moving their chairs making a lot of noise. That was really annoying especially when it was supposed to be quiet hours between 9pm - 9am.

Property is comfortable clean and close to the beach . Good transport links and amenities shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.
