we did book at Loerie as a centre point for a bike tour of which we were 11 people and was a perfect location for this. The lapa area was lovely to use for our evening gatherings and suited our needs

The fact that they couldn't prepare a cook up breakfast one hour earlier (for 3 or the 4 days we stayed there) I thought was unnecessary and although allowed to bring in caterer they weren't very helpful with this.

Unfortunately the breakfast was included in the price, and we could not make use of it, due to that Mr. Vorster was Before 07h00 already on the road (booked out). No pre-pack was available because the staff only started at 07h00. therefore breakfast was paid for, but not used. Maybe if Bed can be separated from breakfast. Option for breakfast optional. ? further was your services all inclusive good. thank you for your friendly hospitality.

There is no heater or air conditioner,we were freezing and the blankets offered were very light. We had the same breakfast the whole week😩 It would be great to have a variety like oats or mealie pap and different types of juices of good quality. The quality of the toilet roll was not ok also,TV chanells were also not playing

Close to botanical gardens & within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. The breaker was simple but quite yum. The room was clean & quite big

The initial person that checked us in was a little stiff. There were a couple of beams holding up the upstairs balcony that were rotting. Neighbouring guests were loud.

Spacious rooms which were serviced daily. Rooms are squeaky clean. A nice extra is the bar fridge in the room.

We stayed for 6 days and although the breakfast was good, we've noticed that from the 3rd day that not much effort was being made in terms of the breakfast. Only 1 day croissants we're served. And the last day, not even sliced fruit. Try to change linen more frequent for longer stayes.

Bed was soo comfortable, place is exceptionally clean and location is perfect as it is in the middle of CBD.

On arrival we were not sure which gate to use, instruction said use the gate written "no pets" and we looked for that and didn't find it, maybe clear that for your guests that will checkin after 21:00, main gate automatically opens just drive closer so they don't drive up and down looking for the gate. Except for this I am impressed

It was in a very nice area and very close to Fancourt Golf Course. The security is good and it has a protected entry for guests only. My car was safe.

Coming from the N2 it was far into George but leaving in the morning it was very easy to get into the N2 to Cape Town.

The drip of the rain in the gutter all night long was annoying. Bring hearing plugs or don't stay on the ground floor. Toilet paper is so thin it is transparent. There was an extra roll so not a big issue but not sure how much money they save since clients end up using a LOT more toilet paper...

Stayed over and hosted a function in the conference room the next day. Staff were friendly and efficient, the room was comfortable and clean. The whole experience was good and I will definately recommend this establishment to other other business traveller's.

We booked a room with 2 single beds. Got a room with a double bed and a bunk bed so one adult had to sleep on the bunk bed(which was not so comfortable and NOT what was booked) Disappointing!!!!!
