Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very comfortable and very quiet.

After a 10 hour journey, we had hoped to have a gin and tonic after settling into our rooms and were very surprised that this was not available in the Bar Franglais. A gin cocktail is not the same and was not what we wanted or expected to be able to have. We would suggest that this needs reconsideration as it let down what was otherwise a very good experience.

Modern hotel with pleasant bar and seating area, friendly reception staff, pets allowed and easy parking. The hotel is located outside of Rouen, but easy access if not visiting Rouen centre. Rooms are modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant served good selection of food; not perhaps fine dining, but OK after a long drive but with very helpful waiting staff, and a nice ambience sheltering from the rain outside!!!

Well designed, attractive décor, lovely 'library' space. helpful and friendly staff. Peaceful location, quiet at night. Luckily, we were able to book a room at short notice, as the original hotel we had booked quite nearby was absolutely horrible (a Campanile).

the facilities were very good but we were surprised that they didn't provide a proper restaurant facility in the evening. The staff were honest (thanks) that the food in the evening was just pre-packed stuff that would be stuck in a microwave and we had to go out to get decent food. They obviously have kitchen facilities, so they would be able to provide decent food themselves. Surely this would make them more profit, perhaps lack of staff was the issue?

A convenient stop for the night to break up a drive. A quick couple of hours from Calais. The rooms are pleasant, the bed comfortable, and the hotel is dog friendly which makes it a good stop over for us.

Food in the bar is not great at all, think more of an English chain hotel, than a French restaurant. Will likely book again, but would consider eating out for evening meal. Breakfast is better, with a good range of options.

The staff are really nice. They are efficient and welcoming. They gave us an upgrade to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The property is modern, with very a comfortable bed, good linen and big towels and the bathroom has high-end Nuxe toiletries, which was a treat. It was very quiet and we slept well. We appreciated being able to park easily, without paying extra, right outside the hotel and that we could have a meal without having to go into the centre of Rouen to find a restaurant, after a long drive. Our dog was welcomed and offered water.

Set in a quiet area outside of the town. New hotel, very modern interior. We only had the double queen room, but it was perfect for our 1 night stay, clean and comfortable. We didn't use the bar or restaurant, but it looked really nice, great outside space. There is plenty of free parking.

No dislikes This hotel is a good 10 minutes drive back into the city, for us not a problem as it was situated close to the A road going back to Calais

A really comfortable, clean and good looking hotel. We stayed here on our trip back to England, and were made to feel very welcomed. The sauna area is really nice and peaceful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was nice. Good wifi and good parking. They accept dogs too which is great!

The fitness area wasn't great with a lack of weights and proper treadmill. The food in the restaurant was average.

We had an excellent one night stay here. It was a perfect stopover for us and our dog. The staff on reception and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome. The room was comfortable and modern and the spa was excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It was great to have lots of off-street parking in the hotel’s car park, and it’s on the edge of the city so it’s very quiet. We will 100% stay here again when we need a stopover. Thank you so much.

Modern, clean, excellent food, easy to find, quiet at night

The room temperature was too high and air con didn’t work. When we told staff on leaving they said the hotel heating was all set at one level depending on outside temp. Uncomfortably hot at night.

Spacious and perfectly clean room, comfy bedding and furniture. The SPA was a great way to relax at the end of the day (especially the sauna and jacuzzi). It is a bit small though, difficult to enjoy if there are a lot of people. There is a massage service (extra) right in front of the hotel. Great breakfast served during long hours. The bar is open all day for a salty/sweet snack. The location is great to visit the city. Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!
