Hotel located perfectly (just off the historic town centre so away from the usual hustle and bustle). Parking was well located and secure. Staff were very courteous. Gym was basic but nice.

Amenities provided were pretty basic. We took the superior room but room slippers weren't provided. They said it could be made available for a charge. The minibar in our room didn't work but the staff were kind enough to cool our drinks in their fridge. Also the air conditioning in our room didn't seem to work but we were okay with opening the window (although it was quite noisy outside) since it was a Saturday night.

The look of the building was a very nice combination of very historical and new. It was very well situated . 5 minute walk to the tram station but on a very quiet stylish side street and 10 minutes from museums. Very walkable to all the main sights and old Rouen. The property is very stylish and well kept up. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The room was a good size and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was very delicious . Lots of variety.

I had booked the room months ago and asked for a very quiet room. I repeated the request at checkin. I went to the room and it was located on the street side. Not really quiet. I went down and was then given a courtyard room that fit my original request perfectly. The bar fridge did not cool anything . The shower was a combination shower and soaker tub. I only used the shower . Very treacherous getting into and out of the shower . Needs grab bars.

Spacious room with comfortable bed, wardrobe space and complimentary cans of water every day. I highly rate the breakfast which has an extensive choice of hot and cold food. There is an option to order freshly cooked eggs as well. Unfortunately one morning there were flies buzzing around the bread. In terms of location, it is slightly away from restaurants. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak good English. The lobby area is attractive and has free water and apples for guests, a nice touch. Overall the hotel is decent value for a four star hotel in France. We stayed in 3 hotels on that trip and this was the best, albeit slightly more expensive.

The car park has tight ramps, which are difficult even for medium sized cars. A separate toilet from the shower and basin is slightly awkward because you need to strategically leave the bathroom door open in order to wash your hands after using the toilet.

The room was excellent, more spacious than average. V clean. Nice view from Superior Room. Window can be opened, always a plus. Toilet was separate from rest of the bathroom, another positive feature. Common areas good, nice dining room, staff v pleasant.

Breakfast not worth €25. Hot food items were cold and menu for special orders incurred extra cost. Also, I didn’t like the ‘preauthorisation’ of €80 per night to cover extras. The money is actually taken from your account and presumably will be refunded soon. I don’t see why one can’t give a card for security without actually debiting the account. The hotel will say this is the bank’s doing but that’s not a good enough answer.

Challenging parking if you have a SUV. The fire alarm accidentally went off at about 8am.

The location was fine. It's an easy walk to the center of town. We also had a nice balcony in our room where we enjoyed a couple of meals. The availability of parking was important for us. We didn't want to look on the street.

While we were happy to have the parking, it was a little scary to use. There is only one ramp to get in or out of the parking structure. We were very relieved the morning we left to find that there was, in fact, a light controlling weather one could go up or down the ramp to get in or out of the structure.

I booked a standard room. I had high expectation from Radisson & they did not disappoint. Excellent. Main plusses for me were - great location, modern quality fittings, large comfy bed, quiet room, good quiet aircon, excellent strong wifi, strong shower, top breakfast, lots of power points. It was a great choice & I would actively choose again if in Rouen.

If picky, coffee choice in room / lobby. I guess the upgraded rooms would offer better. In reality, there was little not to like.

Very good location: 5 minutes walk from the railway station, in a good neighborhood, not far from the city centre. Quiet - and I am ultra sensitive about this! Cozy bar - with the best cappuccino of our trip! Abundant breakfast. Sanitizer next to the elevator. Great shower, and it is not slippery. Lots of room to pack in the bathroom. Tea making facility in the room. You can choose from 2 pillows (however imho both are too low, but naturally it is a matter of taste). On reception they print recommended restaurant list. Ridiculously large-size wc :D - but then why is there no tap in it?

The shower gel & shampoo holder was broken, so we could not use the shower gel & the shampoo. Hotel restaurant is closed on Sunday. My comfort zone starts at 25 degrees in a room, I can handle the heat well, but that duvet was too hot even for me. They charged more money at check-in than you need to pay, and they unblock it just after a few days. No hall door, so no door between the bed and the corridor door – still many hotels forget it, while it has strong impact on noise isolation! And they could built-in it without any problem, without optically make the room smaller.

As a previous review I have left this hotel is superb .It is a stop over for us en route south to our apartment . The experience starts at the car park secure and then reception staff are so welcoming.The cleanliness of the hotel and room is excellent. Rouen is a jewel to visit and the hotel location is ideal only a five minute walk. We have already booked for our return journey home on 27/09/2025 in the knowledge we are in for a really restful and comfortable stop over .
