Every single person who work there are very nice,especially her name is Lea. I was having trouble getting the train reservation. She helped me very patiently get a ticket and printed it for me. I really appreciate it to her. Thank you very much, Lea.

Clean, good location (right behind the cathedral ) Very tasty breakfast

Location was excellent: a modern hotel hidden in the small streets and alleys of old Rouen. The room was big enough for us to write and draw as well as relax. The Breakfast was varied: I enjoyed the fruits and crepes especially. The cleaning of the room was also done efficiently and at the same time--so we could predict when we needed to be gone.

The elevator was small. I liked the modern bathroom but the shower with an open door made it a challenge to keep water off of the floor. I would have liked a bar of soap. Otherwise we enjoyed the space and facilities.

Ideal location in the centre of Rouen, and yet the room when we got there was quiet and very much of the sort of thing you would expect from s chain hotel.

Protracted checkin - we appeared to be unfortunate to arrive just behind two tour groups at a desk that wasn't really coping - we know it happens, but no "sorry to keep you waiting". Strange corner room with dark turning passage at the door, and light switch onlybwhen you got round the corner - we know old building have od corners, but a bit of design thought should help. Paper cups and backless budget chair of the sort I might expect of an Ibis - the budget chain if the same company which I DO happily use, but expect better at Mercure prices. Attitude - and it pervaded to the signage as well - was such that we didn't raise the issues. What a contrast to our other stay in France

Hotel central location in the heart of the old city of Rouen. The cathedral and Joan of Arc Museum could not be closer. The train station is about a 20-minute walk away. Very doable. My room was small but comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. The best breakfast buffet that I have had in all of France. Superb quality and a wide array of hot and cold foods. Loved the medallions of the supremes of grapefruit and orange. Don’t pass on the breakfast. It is well worth it. Accommodating staff that was always willing to assist.

Tight parking garage. You really need to people to navigate into a space because someone needs to get out of the car to direct the driver safely through the tight turns and narrow spaces. It is also difficult to find. I would recommend exploring other nearby parking lots.

The hotel was in a perfect location to explore old Rouen. There are loads of restaurants, museums, and sights to see within walking distance of the hotel. It honestly couldn't be in a better location. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was lovely. The staff members were polite and welcoming. I know it's a little thing, but I really like hotels that offer a sparkling water fountain so you can take a bottle up to your room.

They show a medieval looking building in their advert photos, but in reality it's a rather ugly modern building. The medieval building is next door to the hotel. It's not a big deal as the more modern building is probably a lot more comfortable, but it's kind of odd that they use a different building in their adverts. The room wasn't well furnished. There was a nice, big comfortable bed, but no real table and only one rather uncomfortable chair. The windows were locked and we couldn't open them. It felt like a fire hazard to me. We were a little confused about the parking situation; just so you know, it's located under the hotel. The spaces are pretty tight, so you might want to make other arrangements if you're driving a big suv.

1. Location right in pedestrian centre of the town - did not have to use our car at any time; 2. Good size room with mini fridge & kettle allowed us to make our own coffee/ tea whenever we liked; 3. Staff were welcoming & friendly & efficient; 4. Car Park right under hotel, ideal for us travelling by car from London; 5. Bed was comfortable with good mattress - we slept well; 6. Rouen is beautiful town with lots of medieval buildings & independent shops in extensive pedestrian area - well worth a visit - we will be returning in summer to see more!

1. Nothing major, only minor details to be aware of: a) car park is difficult to find through pedestrian town centre although hotel provide instructions prior to visit; the access ramp & car park itself is narrow/ small - we were fine with our BWM X3 but any bigger car might struggle; also you cannot pre-book, so it is pot luck whether you get a space - we arrived early at 3 pm so we were fine. b) Price of 150 Euro per night without breakfast is quite expensive for provincial town, but overall we felt it was worth it

this is a modern business hotel. Great room, extensive buffet breakfast--including make your own crepes, location is perfect to explore the historic area. Parking is tight but it was well lit,super clean and reasonable. They are committed to

Front desk staff seemed a little annoyed that we showed up. Maybe he didn't care for americans? In contrast the breakfast staff were delightful. Had trouble with wifi on my laptop (but no problem with iphone/ipad) had I been there longer than one night I would have asked for help.

Location couldn’t be better- right in town center. We had a nice view as well, with a Juliet balcony. Room was clean and very comfortable beds! We slept great! Our queen room had a small bathroom, but our kids twin room had a very large bathroom without the view. So choose wisely. After checkout, they kept our bags so that we could walk around the town. Please allow for more time than you think you need in this town. It is absolutely gorgeous and not as busy as some of the other medieval era cities in France or Germany. Great shopping and food too!

There is parking onsite but not for larger vehicles so we had about a ten minute walk with luggage. That said, that is our fault for renting a van!

Excellent location and extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception and at the bar. We found the room very clean and actually big enough ( considering where it is) for two adults on a large bed and one teenager on a sofa bed.

The parking garage underground was challenging ( big cars not possible) but we did it. The problem was the instructions sent to us from the hotel on how to reach the parking is not accurate at all - going down Rue des Arsins one has to turn right to another street when coming to the junction to encounter the bollard where one enters code to access street. The instructions states bollard is just on Rue des Arsins.

This hotel is outstanding for its location. We were able to do a self-guided tour of Rouen easily and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at a restaurant close to our hotel. Our room was a little on the small side with a small window. I would have preferred more natural light but since we spent most of our time exploring this charming city, the window light di not matter. The staff were also very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with lots of options in a comfortable environment.
