A stunning boutique hotel: modern, clean, and cozy. Great location in the city center, yet quiet rooms. Underground parking is available; you'll need to leave a deposit, and the difference will be refunded. Cafes and shops are nearby. The old town is just a couple of minutes away. There are many different restaurants for every taste, including a restaurant in the same building. There's also a fully equipped kitchen in your room, and you can buy pasta and sauces at the reception desk downstairs to cook your own meal—very convenient. Cider, beer, drinks, and snacks are also available. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very smart and well thought out hotel room layout with kitchenette and complete amenities except for the book shelf placed above the sofa bed which can be dangerous if you wake up close to its edge and hit your head against it. Bathroom has a separate shower area which quite effectively separate the wet and dry areas and enough place to store your changing clothes. New sponge and table cloth provided for your stay which is hygienic and considerate. Quite a large fridge which is really nice. They sell some bottled soup and drinks at the reception for reasonable prices for your convenience. Convenient to have a car park directly below the hotel which you can reached by the lift.

The hotel looks clean but isn’t that clean in the kitchenette area… stained glasses, bits of stuff in the drawers… seemed like the staff did not maintain well the areas that aren’t that visible. The fact that they asked for a euro 50 deposit (seems to be per day basis) is a hassle for guests. You still have to monitor if they refund you the deposit after a few days and deal with the uncertainty and worse got to follow up with them if they never refund you is a big hassle n homework

We were in 307 and it was spacious and had an incredible view of the river and the theatre next door. We only stayed one night, but would have been more than comfortable staying for several. The main bed was really comfortable, but the pull out was slightly less suitable for our older teen. Great for younger children though, I'm sure. Air con was a sweet relief in the hot weather, but even on the highest setting it didnt give that blast of cool air we were craving. We did cool down enough to sleep well though. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend as a central base for exploring the city!

Air conditioning was a little weak.

Booked two rooms in total for 4 adults and 2 children. Parking is pretty clearly labelled once you get there. Could have done with being told beforehand where exactly to go, but it didn’t take long to figure out. The friendly check in lady went out of her way to locate the two families as close together as she could manage, for which we were very grateful. The rooms are superb. They were spotless and well equipped with comfy beds. Even the sofa bed single bed for the children was really comfy. Layout of the whole room was excellent and made very good use of the space available. The whole place is littered with useful facilities like a shoe shine, access to drinks and everything was absolutely spotless, even the passageway to and from the car park. Huge variety of breakfast stuff. Air conditioning an absolute delight given the heatwave. Excellent location too - easy to stroll into the heart of Rouen and walk around the cathedral area and find somewhere for dinner. Would definitely stay at another Adagio in the future.

Breakfast was outstanding, the best of our entire trip. Variety of choice, freshness of ingredients and excellent service combined to make this an experience I would like to pack up and take with us everywhere. Facilities were above average. Electric car charging points available but if you use an Electroverse account you might find you can't start a charge with the app because of signal problems in the underground car park. Use the RFID card and there's no problem. A real bonus to be able to park so for anyone visiting with a car and wanting to be close to the Cathedral this is a good choice.

Incredibly tight underground car park for big SUV's but tight for most. The rooms are long and narrow. It means the bed is close up to the wall at the foot. It makes getting past it awkward, particularly so as the TV on the wall makes you have to bend around it to get through, don't think the Architect got this right at all.

Likes- Convenient location for Rouen historic centre. Advise taking Metro for 2 stops from the train station, the hotel is 2 minute walk from Theatre des Arts stop. Well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The beds (even fold down ones) were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly and responsive. We made use of pre check-in luggage storage. Room facing courtyard was very quiet despite central location. Dislikes- Shower pressure wasn’t great and waste water outflow was a bit slow. They don’t offer room cleaning for stays of less than 1 week, but not a problem for us. You need to pay €150 damage deposit on arrival (but this was made clear when I booked) so no complaints.

Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful , especially Mirela and Corali

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Seine and very close to the cathedral. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel breakfast was amazing, so much choice and a lovely set-up. The room was very comfortable and quiet despite being pretty central. Would definitely recommend for a night or two to explore Rouen.

Not a complaint, but if you have a car with a roof-box, you'll need to park in the Opera car park rather than the hotel's garage, but they are right next to each other so it's no bother.

Aparthotel Adagio Access Rouen Centre Cathédrale studio apartments were clean, modern, and based right in the heart of Rouen, close to the cathedral, metro stop and old town. It was Ideal for our 3 day stay. The room had a kitchenette, good fridge and comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. There is a supermarket very close by and the view overlooking the River Seine was lovely. The laundry down stairs was easy to use once you had the app. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I have been to Rouen a few times before and I love the City which is twinned with Norwich. We chose our hotel primarily because of location - it is right on the edge of the City Centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent - modern, clean and spacious. I was in Rouen with my 2 sons and their partners - we were able to all get together in one room and use the small but excellent kitchen to prepare cold food. Parking was straightforward and easy to navigate. A great place to stay.
