Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful , especially Mirela and Corali

Likes- Convenient location for Rouen historic centre. Advise taking Metro for 2 stops from the train station, the hotel is 2 minute walk from Theatre des Arts stop. Well equipped kitchenette, with coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The beds (even fold down ones) were very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. Staff were friendly and responsive. We made use of pre check-in luggage storage. Room facing courtyard was very quiet despite central location. Dislikes- Shower pressure wasn’t great and waste water outflow was a bit slow. They don’t offer room cleaning for stays of less than 1 week, but not a problem for us. You need to pay €150 damage deposit on arrival (but this was made clear when I booked) so no complaints.

Excellent location. Easy to find. Friendly staff. New and clean. Modern attractive design. Good breakfast (but not worth 21 Euros). Parking is below the hotel and the lift takes you straight to it so when you check out it's easy to get to your car. Parking costs 19 Euros.

Someone had used the toilet and put the seat down. It was obvious that it had been left for more than a day so when I lifted the lid to use the toilet it was an unpleasant sight. When I flushed the toilet bowl was stained. I would have thought this is a basic housekeeping check.

This aparthotel is in a superb location for on-foot exploration of beautiful Rouen. Our rooms, on the fifth floor, had wonderful views of the river, and were spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was superb, the best we have ever encountered in France. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Storage facilities in the room were a little cramped, and there were no bedside tables. The lift is a little cramped for a wheelchair user.

The hotel is in the center, a walking distance from historical part. It's all paying parking in the streets around the hotel, but the good thing is that you don't pay at night (19:00 till 9:00). Breakfast was good. The room was also good, despite kitchen and dining were not very spacious. We had a couple of hot days, it was pleasant to have air conditioning in the room.

TV wasn't working. When I reported it at the reception I was told they had to give another room if we wanted a working TV. We did not want to change the room as we were already settled (we could survuve without TV, pity Olympic games were ongoing). The thing is, when I told them about the problem I had the impression they already knew this, so it would have been better if they told us about it at check in.

Everything was perfect with our stay here. The front desk staff was outstanding at all times of the day and night. Easy, and not expensive, underground parking is available. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Definitely have dinner at the onsite restaurant, Quindici Trattoria. The location is just across from the beautiful Seine river. Walking distance to all the sites in Rouen. I highly recommend staying here!!!

Very good location and the staff were very good, accommodating us when we objected having to deal with a foldaway bed.

More hostal like than Hotel, with first room offered having only a foldaway bed. We were invited to dispose of rubbish ourselves and leave the kitchen area clean. The room they gave us contained a double bed, but barely room to get around it.

The place was lovely and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was absolutely superb—close to everything, which made it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was well-equipped with modern amenities, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommended to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury!"

Very nice hotel in the city center, very friendly staff It was clean , many lights , good TV with varieties of channels ( even Russian channels) It was warm inside the room It’s nearby all the attractions

I liked everything apart from the fact that they asked for a 100 euro deposit ( only with a card, no cash) , and no where was said about it , it got me by surprise.

Very convenient location for access to historical center. Simple and clean hotel with all the necessary amenities! Very helpful staff!

The climatization system was failed and instead of cold air, exhausts hot air in the middle of August! For this reason they put us in a room with no river view, but with a back view, well protected from the sunlight. All the front river view rooms were really hot!
