The location was central and right on the left bank. So, even though it was only an overnight stopover, we could easily walk to great restaurants and bars. As the hotel was very recently refurbished it was stylish, clean and accessible. The room was of a reasonable size, kitted out properly and well presented. The breakfast was generous with good viennoiserie and choices to suit most European tastes. The staff were charming, helpful and professional. On site parking was a genuine bonus, though we did think it was included in the price. The charge was, in reality, quite reasonable.

The absence of a bar and restaurant was a small inconvenience but the low number of visitors made the decision not to open totally logical. I’m sure in the high season this would not be a problem.

I am still here and leaving tomorrow but I stayed an extra two days because I loved the hotel and Rouen so much. The staff here is amazing, the parking is underground and secure (paid), and the breakfast is amazing with top-of-the-line coffee machines offering multiple selections. But the location right on the Seine is perfect. Most of the museums and sights are walking distance and I did two days of wandering side streets, visiting museums and attractions, and basically planning my return. The room is upgraded, and the beds are the best I've had so far in Europe. Bathroom is large and everything sparkles. I loved this hotel and couldn't be happier.

The bed was very big and comfortable, warm rooms, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, spoke English and gave us lots of information. They also allowed us to check-in before 15.00 hrs (since our rooms were ready). The breakfast was good and diverse and the restaurant also had an à la carte menu (good pizza and pasta and very good draft beer). The staff of the restaurant was very nice and served us before the opening hours.

The hotel itself is beautiful and really well finished. Staff are really helpful and go out of their way. Parking is excellent, really safe and secure Hotel location is fantastic, just a short walk to old town , beautiful sights and good choice of restaurants (highly recommend Paul’s Brasserie close to cathedral.

Breakfast is so close to being excellent but there wee a few issues, perhaps as the hotel was quiet food is sitting too long.

The hotel has a grand facade facing the Seine but the hotel itself is very modern - and large. It's well placed, 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and the busiest areas. The room wasn't very big big but it was clean and well-presented and the staff were very helpful. The on-site carpark is very useful - although a bit tight to get into. And there's an excellent EV charging station 400 yards away.

It was fine, if a bit functional.

Nice, comfy hotel just between the river Seine and the historic center. 10 mins to Place du Vieux Marche, and 15-20 minutes to the Cathedral. Safe parking. Personnel was outstanding. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room interior was very new. Comfy beds. 3rd bed was a real bed, very good. Bathroom a little more dated. Small toilet, but sufficient. Shower in the bath was a little bit slippery.

Great location between the old part of the city and the new bars and facilities along the river Seine. 10 minutes walk into town centre, also good for trams / buses. Good overnight or 2 night stopover to see Rouen. Staff friendly, breakfast good value, good underground car park, although it would be a tight fit for a large modern car. Facilities are basic but good for a short stay. There are armchairs in the reception area but no bar etc

I had a problem with my Credit Card when I tried to pay on arrival. I contacted Visa and the problem was resolved and I paid by the card later in the day. On checking my card at 05:45 the next morning I noticed that 2 payments of €89.10 was deducted from my card. I spoke to the receptionist and he checked his computer and he said that only one payment was deducted. I contacted Visa this morning and they confirm that 2 payments were deducted. I have emailed the Kyriad Hotel this morning asking for a refund and so far I have received no response. As the booking was through Booking.com can you contact the hotel and arrange for the refund. I was staying in room 416. PLease let me know what is the situation!!! Michael Connolly.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. Reacently renovated and beautiful furniture. Pet friendly. Bed comfortable. 10-15 minutes walk to the beautiful city center. Well communicated by tram or bus if needed.

One of the rooms was very tight. We had to call reception to ask for towels for both rooms, they were not there on arrival. Property still going through renovations. The area had lots of rats at night around the parking entrance.

Very clean. Well located. Parking excellent. We think we were first people to use the room following refurb. The staff were very attentive and spoke excellent English.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. I think the restaurant is limited but we didn’t use it because we felt the offerings were limited but the restaurants are plentiful in the surrounding areas.
