Very nice modern clean room for a family - a double bed and a double sofa bed. Had a nice small kids play area downstairs. Water filter in reception for fresh, cold water. Not far from the historic centre.

€19 for breakfast is too expensive

We have stayed at this hotel four times now, on both our outward journey driving to the South of Spain, and on each occasion, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stays. The staff is excellent and very helpful, and the hotel is definitely dog-friendly. Parking is very secure, the entrance to the underground area is a little tight but manageable. Tip - when you arrive, pull up just around the corner and nip into reception, they will give you the code for the key pad toa access the underground parking area.

Great location just near the university and docks so less crazy than tourist centre - but a nice easy stroll to get to all the sights. We loved the family room, which had two full size single beds (not the usual tiny sofa bed) for our kids and lots of clever design features to make the space work . The kids loved the pull out privacy screen/room divider, and we appreciated the separate toilet and microwave, fridge & coffee maker. Great underground parking for our fully-laden SUV with bike rack. But we especially appreciated the staff who spoke excellent English and were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. We hope to return!

Slightly confusing to find the entrance to the hotel, but having read the reviews we were ready for this.

Rooms were Impressive! The room was cleverly designed making excellent use of the space available. Was comfortable and modern for one nights stop over for two adults and medium sized kids. Great location next to the many bars and restaurants on the river. And 15 mins walk into the historic centre. Parking was straight forward and secure. We opted not to have breakfast on account of how close everything was. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The central garden our room faced was not very pleasant. Seemed a little work would go a long way to make it more presentable. The property is a little confusing as the IbIs is also part of the same building- but made better sense once we found the reception. Lift is small and busy. Second bed for kids was a sofa bed and not the most comfortable. No milk for our coffee in the morning.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and everything was good. The room wasn't very big but ok for 4 of us for one night. Good quality food for breakfast. Although checkout was at 11 we could leave our car in the parking lot until 2:30 which was convenient for us.

Location was ok but not ideal - It's a little far for little legs to walk to the historical centre, walk around and then walk back for little legs but our 5 year old still managed to.

Secure parking, excellent and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. The room was perfect for a family and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a perfect location for an overnight stay especially to grab some dinner and drinks from the brilliant food hall across the road.

Would like more than one each of the hot drink offerings in the room.

The location of the hotel and the price/quality ratio were excellent. We enjoyed staying in the spacious room for three people, which offered great comfort. The breakfast selection was not very extensive, but we liked it, and I especially appreciated the Skyr instead of low-protein yogurt.

We fought a lot with the conditioning system at night because it was blowing right on the bed and was either too hot or too cold.

Staff really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds lovely and comfy. We had a family room which was big in size with plenty of space. The rooms did look like they have been updated recently. The breakfast was good, especially the scramble eggs and the location of the hotel was perfect for a short stroll into the centre or right opposite the riverside for a nice little walk. We left our car in the underground carpark for €15 a night which felt very secure and convenient

Great location look bit far from the city centre but it’s not, plus the river area is great. The room can be separated in two with curtains giving extra comfort if you travel with kids. Nice breakfast

Even the breakfast was nice; the chef completely failed with the omelet - it was uneatable (perhaps it is popular with the kids, but our daughter didn’t like it either)
