It's a good place to explore Rouen. The hotel is about 20 min from the city centre, sono car is needed. If you want to go to surrounding areas, you will need a car, but a motorway is within easy reach from the hotel.

There is a huge roundabout just next to the hotel, please be aware of traffic jams. It might be crowded there. The hotel has an underground car park nearby - but to get there, you will have to go into the roundabout again and leave at an exit that goes in a living quarter.

Staff were accommodating with Gluten Free breakfast, extra pillow's as 2 of us are disabled and were in a lot of pain after a 9 hour drive, even gave us options of watching the football in the bar. Friendly staff, comfy bed and parking.

Little dusty in places and the surrounding area bit run down, but in a busy city and money wise perfect. A kettle and hot drink facilities in the room would have been perfect as being autistic and also in pain, I didn't want to people and go downstairs.

Front desk staff were excellent, great English and very helpful.

I had a problem finding the car park as the entrance to the hotel car park is just to the right of the front of the hotel and the road going along the front is one way, (so if you miss it, it’s a full trip round the block and back to the roundabout)! Very fortunate that there was street parking all the way along from the hotel and a small car park as well and all free parking!

Lovely friendly check in, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, he was so lovely, informative and helpful. He seemed to be the only one working the reception and bar as well as doing other jobs. But he was very attentive, an asset to the Ibis

Not the hotels fault, we didn’t research enough, but the location wasn’t ideal when wanting to go out for a nice meal with children 4 and 6 yrs old. Involved getting a taxi which the reception male arranged, however trying to get a taxi back proved very difficult. Next time we will stay more central

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and adequately turned out. There is plenty of choice for breakfast and at an affordable price. Overall excellent.

Unfortunately, the dining room was closed, so our evening meal ether had to be eaten in the room or lounge area, but we appreciate that maintenance work has to be carried out.

Good location, as always very comfortable and simple but good rooms and beds. Good French breakfast and plenty to eat. Having parking in secure place right by hotel was good for direct access to car.

Originally booked this Ibis in Rouen as it had a restaurant so we could get an evening meal. Only then to be informed the restaurant was now closed during winter months and there was no other close facility to eat.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had a nice view out the back from our room. We had the breakfast which was excellent. A nice hotel and a fairly short walk to the promenade running along the side of the Seine where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to visit.

The weather was hot while we were there and the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to work at all. The hotel is just off a very busy roundabout. I still do not understand why hotels charge customers for parking!! If you are staying in the hotel for the night, this should be included in the price.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, with good facilities and an excellent breakfast. Good value for money. The view from my room wasn't exactly the French Riviera, but that's not what I was there for! My friend's room, on the other side of the hotel had a better view. About a 10 minute walk to the Seine and another 5 minutes into town.

Easy to find the hotel. Secure parking. Good size of room. Good size of bathroom. Good cleanliness. Good staff.

The room had a horrible stink, which we were told by staff that in hot weather the toilets smell. No kettle or bottled water in room. Not able to get a cup of tea from the bar in early evening.

There was no food available due to are stay being on a Sunday night, wasn't informed about any breakfast times, but there was a restaurant about 25 minutes walk away. Room was very basic but clean, but there was no kettle in room to make a hot drink.

No kettle in room, to make a drink and no restaurant available on site, because it was Sunday which wasn't very good after traveling, 450 miles.
