Hotel is modern, the room is nice, spacious, the beds are comfortable. We had a nice view from the higher floor on the surrounding buildings. The breakfast was excellent, it had everything we all want to eat in the morning - fresh baguette, fresh croissants, butter, jam, scrambled eggs, coffee machine, nutella. We parked in a free parking lot nearby. We were satisfied with the hotel,

There is no hair dryer plug in the bathroom, it is only in the room, which is annoying if the other family members are already asleep. Upon our arrival, the cot we requested was not ready and we had to set it up ourselves

New hotel in a location not too far from city centre, only 10 minutes by tram. There is a Carrefour City 5 minutes walk from the hotel, a fast food restaurant 2 minutes away and a pizza takeaway 5 minutes away. So there are food options available if you don't fancy going to city centre. Reception staff is ok same as the breakfast. In terms of parking, there are few free places on the street with the hotel and there is a hotel parking option available for 9 euros per day.

In the room in which we stayed there was no option to open a window which we considered an inconvenient. Another thing that bothered us was that a cat was drinking milk from a cereals bowl during one of the breakfasts. My personal opinion is that those bowls are meant to be used by humans and there should be separate ones for animals.

Good location on main road though you wouldn't know inside the hotel, we liked the 20 minute walk into centre, spotlessly clean with lovely staff, fantastic breakfast and the handy bar, better than some 5 stars we have stayed in. Wasn't too hard finding entrance to underground car park, turn right down main road, first right, second right and just before you come back out on main road.

Very spacious room! Clean and comfortable. Has an elevator, an underground parking lot, air-conditioner in the room. About 5-10 mins drive to old town Rouen. Nice breakfast in a big breakfast room. Check-in and out is quick and efficient. The receptionist is very helpful when we try to find and enter the hotel’s parking lot.

Large room with big shower. Excellent WiFi, we could plug in our FireStick to the TV to watch a movie. 25 minute walk into city centre or 10 mins on the tram (3 min walk from hotel to tram stop). Easy to navigate the tram system. Free breakfast was very comprehensive (eggs, ham, cheese, crêpes, fruit, pastries, bread) and great start to the day. Kettle in the room.

It wasn't explained how to get to the car park before arrival, but we were shown when we arrived. Car park is accessed from behind the building, so not the most obvious but it was secure and had lift access up to the hotel.

Rive Gauche is across the river from the old city, but we enjoyed the walk over the William the Conqueror Bridge. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable, and unusually for a European hotel, there were tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel seemed fairly new, and the buffet continental breakfast was quite good. served in the long café-bar/lounge. The staff were wonderfully helpful, spoke very good English (and other languages) and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We would happily stay there again.

The staff were very attentive and explained everything really well, I ate in the hotel in the evening which was quite reasonable, they also have a small bar, the breakfast the following morning offered a lot of variety and I was allowed to take my dog into the restaurant which is always nice in France. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom and toiletries' it also had a small terrace, which was great for my small dog.

It is a nice small hotel with underground secured parking. Breakfast was OK with a variety of food to select from. The hotel is well-monitored. The staff is very nice.

I would suggest equipping the room with smaller but two armchairs. The windows in the room should have an option to open them.

The hotel was reallu nice and also the personnel was gentle and kind. The room was just perfect for our one night sleep, comfy bed and great room. The breakfast was tasty and the choice was enough.

It was difficult to find a parking at a later hour, and the hotel parking is payable, thus we needed to pay for our spot under the hotel.
