I think it was a very small room I had as a single, but they say it can be a double. Not if you have luggage. The room was wonderfully quiet at night, the bed was fine. They have superb curtains that cancel out the street lights and sun. I found the doors hard to push open, but I regard this as an anti-fire precaution and am happy. The shower was a marvel of adjustable hot water at adjustable speed. The bathroom altogether was pleasant, though small. I wish I could bring the shower home. I didn’t use the tv or WiFi. Nice personnel, the one request I had was quickly satisfied.

Really nice boutique hotel for ourselves a great location just a couple of minutes walk to the opera and close to the old town cathedral and plenty of restaurants along with underground parking on the doorstep.

No downsides that I can think of.

Modern, well-equipped and nicely decorated hotel room. It's perfectly located to dive right into the center of beautiful Rouen. Parking in the nearby Opera parking garage was possible at a fair price (~15 or 16€/24h). Very friendly staff, room was very clean. If you're visiting as a couple, depending on what you're used to at home, the french double bed might be a bit narrow for your taste. 😉 If you like to have lots of space when sleeping, you might be better suited with the superior double bedroom.

Bed was comfy. Good breakfast, which cost extra, but was worth it. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Paid parking nearby. Good restaurant choices nearby

Probably the smallest room i've seen. But when in Europe... ;-). Another weird thing was that it was locked at 6 o'clock in afternoon. We rang and knocked and waited for several minute until the door was unlock (by a very charming and friendly girl). This made us a little weary about the location. But all seemed safe, when we went for a walk

The most « compact » room we had during our month long road trip in France. Yes, one meter all around the bed is all, which requires careful and purposeful moving around. Hotel looks recently renovated, well appointed. Bed was comfy, room was quiet even facing the street (a quiet side street). Great location near the Seine and the cathedral. Variety of restaurants within walking distance.

The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and well equipped. The guy at the reception is very kind and professional. Ideal location, near to the marvelous cathedral of Rouen and its historical center

I booked a superior room (15 mq) because we travel with a baby and we need a crib in our room. That room looked smaller than 15 mq, we could barely get off the bed

The staff was amazing. Every morning we were received by dedicated staff and owners who truly care about their guests. The location is in the heart of the city with plenty of dining options. Pascal was very friendly and helpful! Hi Pascal!

Everything was amazing. The only thing I wish were different was the size of the room as they are on the smaller side. That being said, the staff more than make up this!

A very convenient location , new residential area , near the shopping mall , with nice restaurants across the street . Spacious rooms , very clean and comfortable we parked on the street , did not use the hotel parking lot . the tram station is very close by , 2 stops to the city center and the castle

Excellent location and they accommodated my vegan diet. It’s a charming boutique hotel. The staff were very nice.

I had a persistent water dripping noise inside the walls in my bathroom both days and nights - it made it very difficult to sleep. I informed the staff three times but they didn’t resolve it.

Great location Modern clean, stylish rooms Easy for the beach easy for the town and not too much of a walk to Trouville. Lots of public parking on the road outside and the hotel also have their own underground carpark which has a daily charge. Good breakfast, and they have a little sushi bar. You can sit outside for bar and snack service. I would stay here again.

Be careful of the traffic parking wardens they are very active, needles to say this has nothing to do with the hotel
