The location was 15 Minutes away from the train station and was located between the shopping district and the attractions. My room was clean and guest got small free water bottles each day. However the room was a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The door was a bit hard to close and didn't really give me a real sense of security.

The location of the hotel was ideal to discover Rouen on foot and in a short period of time. The room surpassed ly expectation, especially for the price paid:) A good bargain! Flexible check-in/ check out and also night entry service!

The rooms, though relatively big' were not properly insulated. I could have heard the keypad tones of my neighbour's phones :(

Perfect location - 5 minutes to the Cathedral. Interesting interior and a big aquarium at the reception. A very helpful host.

Tropical fish tank in the lobby I could watch all day!! View of cathedral was great as was view to the river Sein! Great hotel decorations!

The location was great. Centrally located, which made exploring the city very easy.

Wasn't the cleanest. The mattress was a bit stiff.

Good breakfast with home-made cake and yoghurt, nice croissants and pastries. Friendly and helpful staff. Very central, near to the cathedral and old town.
