Really nice hotel in a great location, close to the historic city center. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. In the evening, we enjoyed a glass of wine with a cheese board and dessert - fantastic selection of cheeses! The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

Parking is charged on an hourly basis, which wasn’t an issue for our short stay. However, it’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning to stay for a few nights. That said, the parking area is secure, so it might be worth the extra cost for the added peace of mind.

This should be a very nice hotel, but it’s possibly new and having some teething problems. Please see below for the issues. It was modern and well decorated, and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location is good and it’s less than five mins to walk to start of the historic centre. The cathedral is about another ten mins walk further. We were fortunate enough to be helped with all of our issues during our stay by Antionne, from reception, who went above and beyond to help solve any issues. He was superb. If it had not been for him, my ratings would have been lower, and possibly would have advised against staying here.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned very well, and on occasion neither were other areas of the hotel. Our room was very noisy as the restaurant was above this area of the hotel. This meant we didn’t sleep very well.

Looks like it has recently had a complete refurbishment inside. Everything was very new and tastefully decorated. Our was a family room and extremely spacious with a huge double bed and pull our sofa beds to the children. It is about an 8 minute walk into the centre of the town.

The receptionist kept telling us to come back at 3pm to check in, even though check in is actually from 2pm. The hotel looks very tired from the outside and is on a busy road. The neighbourhood looks like it could do with some investment and my husband and I wouldn’t have wanted to walk around once it was dark.

We had a privilege double, which was a good sized room. Very good breakfast buffet, which even allowed us to eat with our dog, which was greatly appreciated. Sufficient parking. Very convenient to get to as you are passing through Rouen. Its about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. Don't pass up the craft beers they have available!

Refrigerator was about a degree colder than room temperature, so not useful at all.

Convenient location right off major routes without being noisy. Our room was lovely with a view of a church in the distance and right near the park. Walking into downtown was only a few blocks away. Breakfast was superior. Had dinner there our first night and it was delicious! Parking was very accessible. Would prefer not to have to pay for parking, but you are in a city after all. Would stay here again if we were ever in this area again.

Great location to reach by car and to get back onto road for onward journey - also just a short walk into city centre. Nice bar area to relax in. Staff were all very pleasant and super helpful. Bedroom clean and very comfortable bed. Best buffet breakfast I’ve seen in any chain hotel anywhere!!! Great secure parking on site 80 cents per hour.

Just one tiny thing - if you like anything more than a square flat pillow simply ask for a second at reception before you go to bed.

Excellent location just ten minutes walk from the city centre. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely view over the fountain behind the hotel. We stayed twice in one week and ate both times in the restaurant- delicious Caesar salad and mushroom risotto. Staff were outstanding, especially Stephanie, who in a very friendly and efficient manner organised the swift return of an item I’d inadvertently left behind. Thank you so much!

Clean Large rooms with good air conditioning . Good breakfast and good parking ( for small and medium size cars) with free to use EV chargers on a first come first save basis. Friendly staff who made us welcome and sorted a couple of small quickly and efficiently. Location was easy walk to centre of town.

Very little for the price we paid

The hotel is in 15 minutes' walk to the famous cathedral. We arrived with a minivan and were offered a parking place in front of the hotel instead of having to drive down to the underground garage. Although we did not book breakfast in the reservation (we wanted to have one in a traditional French boulangerie/patisserie), the hotel had a nice breakfast place with a live cheese "museum", which we will definitely try next time.

Very nice breakfast. We also liked the staff who were comfortable speaking in English and greeting us when we passed.

Coffee machines never do it for me and a good coffee in the morning is imperative. The underground car park is a problem as I bottomed my car out twice, so much for the new exhaust (Jaguar E Type), however whilst not moving it was safe.
