Hi, I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel from Friday to Sunday — it was a lovely place and the staff were great. Just a small recommendation: it would be really helpful to have air conditioning, especially during the summer. It got quite hot at night, and I had to leave the window fully open to sleep. Other than that, everything was great. Thanks again!

The view was absolutely beautiful, with easy access to shopping areas, malls, and other places. The location is great — close to historical sites and everything you might want to explore. A really nice and convenient area.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy the city center of Rouen. Almost everything is within walking distance, and the location is very pleasant. The highlight for me was my cozy room, which had a view of the cathedral. It was exceptionally quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every time. The room had everything I needed, and the staff were professional and helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about my stay, although perhaps adding a small shelf in the bathroom for storing toiletries could have enhanced the experience even further.

The hotel was excellent. The room was very nicely decorated and spacious and very clean. The room service everyday was great and maintained this high standard. Perhaps you could have a lounge/bar area downstairs where guests may relax outside their rooms. Possible in the area around reception and the breakfast area. A lift would be nice. I had to climb lots of stairs.

Tiny hotel. It’s only a few minute walk from the cathedral. A lot of dining places around. I didn’t purchase a breakfast but there are a lot of cafes around. Recommend for those who love wander medieval cities.

Nothing but good to know there are no public spaces at this hotel like bar or lounge.

The bed sheets were stained in both the rooms I occupied this month. Clearly clean, but that was a bit unsettleling.

A bit hard to get a suitcase up the narrow stairs. Hand held shower a bit awkward, but not major.

My room suddenly was upgraded to a double and it faced the cathedral which was beautiful. It was very quite and quite. The shower was very good and there was a kettle with tea and coffe in my room

Good location: very close to the cathedral and other places of interest, and a boulangerie-patisserie nearby to have an al fresco coffee and croissant for breakfast. Good wi-fi connection in my room on the top floor. Good shower. Comfy bed. Great value. Were I to return to Rouen, I would stay here again.
