Beautiful location as my main destination was St, Ouen Basilica and Rouen Cathedral which were within walking distance in a lovely city. The parking was convenient under the hotel with a large enough space for my rental SUV. The hotel was sparse but perfect for an overnight where we did not spend much time in the hotel.

Could have used more pillows. I was uncomfortable due to a late night meal and a better pillow would have made me feel a little better. I wish we had a room facing the river instead of the back. It all worked out as we really did not spend much time in the hotel itself. Just a quick overnight.

Location was a walk into town but there is a bus outside the hotel so no real problems with that. The room was wonderful, one of the best beds I have ever spelt on! The breakfast offered a good choice of pastries and the coffee was good. Overall the hotel was spotless, particularly our room. A bonus that really shouldn't be missed here is the wonderful terrace outside; it is quiet and calm and a lovely place to unwind and plan your next day of activities!

Despite excellent service, the restaurant food is not really up to standard; it was bland and not very well presented. A real shame as the terraced dining area was wonderful.

Superb location close to historic city centre and to trams and buses for other locations. Very quiet; effective double glazing. Nice view from room over the River Seine. Room very recently modernised; functional but comfortable. Superb shower. Friendly staff. Continental 'help yourself' breakfast good with fair choice of cold food at a reasonable price.

From the outside is does not look very impressive. Post war concrete block. Had to phone to get access code as reception was not staffed on arrival. Problem with the lift unable to access ground floor - didn't bother us but guests with heavy luggage might struggle up the first flight of stairs

Receptionist very friendly. Nice room overlooking river...read other bad reviews but we had no issues. 304 is a good room.

Not the hotels fault but the beautiful boulevard of trees mainly blocks the views from the balcony. No seats on the balcony.

We had a triple room which was nice and spacious, the bath was very good and the beds comfortable. There were ample power points and USB connections and decent Wi-Fi. It was well insulated for noise.

There were two of us, so we were left two coffee pods for the coffee maker but only one cup and no kettle to make tea.

Location and price

At the hotel I was told I had to pay a tourist tax but on booking.com it said the cost of my stay included all taxes and charges. This needs to be clear for future bookings

Staff was very supportive. The ambience was good. Had a view of the river from my balcony that felt great. As I am an Indian there were a few Indian Restaurants nearby at a walking distance & that helped a lot. Superstore was also at a walking distance (Intermarch)

It is not a question of not liking but as I am an Vegetarian Indian there was limited options in Breakfast.

Excellent location right in the city walking distance from all the important sightseeing points. Parking in the garage is very convenient. Breakfast was good, typical French.

Short walking distance to old city. Reception personel very friendly and helpfull with my parking. Good stay.
