Absolutely Fantastic Stay – A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Rouen! From the moment I arrived at the Ibis Styles Rouen Centre Cathédrale, I was impressed. The location is unbeatable – right by the stunning cathedral, and my room had jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a postcard. Waking up to the sight of those gothic spires was magical. The room itself was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a city centre hotel. Super comfy bed, great shower, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But the real showstopper? The breakfast buffet. Wow. A delicious spread of fresh pastries, crusty breads, cheeses, eggs, fruit, and even some regional treats – all beautifully presented and constantly replenished. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a long time. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made everything easy – from check-in to tips on where to go in the city. Can’t recommend it enough – whether you're passing through or staying a few nights, this place is a brilliant base for exploring Rouen. Will definitely be back!

The hotel had a very good space, suitable for a family of two adults and two children. It had one double bed, one small bed, and a crib was provided for our baby. The breakfast offered fruits, breads, protein (eggs), coffee, and fresh orange juice. Everything was always clean, and the staff was very kindly during our stay. Good location it is near from downtown, you can do everything by walking.

The elevator is very small, it only fit the baby stroller without a person inside. We stayed on the second floor, so it wasn't a major issue. The hotel does not offer parking (this information is provided), but it is possible to park on the surrounding streets by paying the parking fee, or in a nearby uncovered parking lot that charges by the hour or day. From our room, we could hear a bit of noise from the street, but it wasn’t too disturbing.

Caring and helpful staff, Happy to chat. We felt welcome. Breakfast was better than most and all freshly baked with fresh orange juice and good quality jams and museli. Clean premises and room. Lift for convenience. Great location.

Bedroom was too hot, especially at night. Because we were near a major junction it meant a lot of noise most of the night having the window open. Difficulty in sleeping well.

Excellent location. Finding it was a bit tricky as there are road works blocking access to the nearest road. Plenty of on and off road parking....bit expensive if you stay midweek though. Continental breakfast was fine, staff were friendly and helpful despite our lack of the language. Would definitely stay again

This time the lift broke - I was on the 5th floor ! The staff were great - but I still got exhausted ! I don’t like the new make over - silly tiny square sink which must be awful for the cleaners !

Very good location on edge of the historical centre of Rouen. A city car park is just a couple of minutes walk behind the hotel, cost April 2023 €16.50 a day, but it's a one way street system so use a GPS to get there! Rooms and bathrooms quite small but but had everything needed for an overnight stay. Excellent glazing so traffic noise did not disturb sleep. Reception staff helpful. Hotel responded within hours to a special request.

Lift only big enough for one person with bags, but at least there was a lift.

Friendly staff. Clean bedrooms. Great breakfast with chatty staff. Easy access to bedrooms and breakfast room.

Traffic and people in bar downstairs noisy but not over powering.

It was right in the centre of town. We were able to walk everywhere easily. The room was clean and the beds comfy. They also had a wonderful breakfast with fresh pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice. All the staff was wonderful! We parked in a city lot right behind the hotel and it was reasonably pric3d.

Bread was a bit dry and coffee not good at breakfast.

The room was on the last floor with a nice view to the river. Close to the main attractions and next to the river. The balcony is big and and has a nice view.

The balcony was not cleaned properly, I had to remove stuff from the ashtray and from the floors. The hotel is overall outdated a bit.
