The staff were great and really helpful. The location was finefor a one night stay with lots of restaurants on the pedestrian street it was on the corner of. Apparently the restaurant at the hotel is supposed to be excellent,but not open on Sundays which is not stated in the description. The rooms are small and no air conditioning. The didn't appear to be a hairdryer either although in the room description it says there is

The satnav directions on booking.com are not correct. It took me to a run down street of warehouses. After driving round for ages I finally stopped the car and walked to the hotel and they put something else into my phone. It still however took me 30 minutes to find the actual place. This could be a lot clearer

Location very good. Breakfast very good. Room comfortable. STAFF OUTSTANDING. Good price/value. Overall very happy, well done to staff who were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Sink in room 622 needs repairing (mechanism to raise plug to drain sink is broken). I was able to manage by pushing release from underneath sink but others won’t be able.

The staff were so nice. My brother and were coming in quite late at night and trying to find the parking is difficult. My brother was quite ill the next day and had to stay in the hotel for another day, unexpectedly. They were all very accommodating, I was so appreciative. It is a great location.

I can’t think of anything except trying to find it late at night. That’s not the B&B fault, the maps need fixed.

The hotel is next to a shopping center. The water in the shower and sink becomes hot in no time. The view from the room (6th floor) is splendid. The breakfast is continental and buffet. There is plenty of spots to park the car. The parking is shared with the shopping center.

The bathroom was a bit too small, as well as opening the window was very difficult (also one screw missing). You need to pay to park the car.

Room is good enough to spend one night. the bed is comfortable. Breakfast: Very good scrambled eggs. Coffee. Accessible parking.

It would be nice to have an organic pillow Breakfast: Unfortunately, there is no eatable cheese, I mean only very industrial ones

Comfortable, clean room..Welcoming staff and a delicious breakfast included in the room rate. Excellent value for money. Great location next to Saint Séver shopping mall and close to the old city of Rouen.

Finding the hotel and car park is tricky. Suggest email is sent out in advance with detailed instructions and map to the garage and hotel.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Last time I was here for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and this time for New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. The customer service was professional and polite. The room was warm and quiet, and I had a nice view of the church. The wifi worked well. A great stay, thank you.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Very clean rooms. Short walk to the city centre with a shopping centre attached. Parking was good but you need to go to the shopping centre carpark as the front of the hotel is a pedestrian area.

We couldn't find it for ages. Not well signed. Gps location is correct when it takes you to a dead end. Entrance is pedestrian traffic only. Signage is high up on building. Go back onto main busy road, under tunnel and into underground carpark. All the way to section 38. Enter the pink door. Road traffic noise at night.

The 'car parking on site' was 4.50euro and NOT on site but in the shopping carpark underneath the hotel, albeit with a reserved space. And very difficult to get to, the actual front door is in a pedestrian zone so to go in and find info we had to park and walk there because our satnav didnt acknowledge the given address because obviously cars can't go there.
