I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were cozy, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a real highlight, offering an incredible variety of dishes to suit all tastes, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot, cooked options. The location of the hotel was perfect, 2 min bear the metro 15 min walking to the center

The only downside was an issue with check-in. I had requested early check-in at 1 PM and received confirmation via email. However, when I arrived at 1:30 PM, the receptionist informed me that no rooms would be ready until 2 PM. It was frustrating, as it seemed unlikely that all rooms would be cleaned in just 30 minutes, and I wish they had been more helpful in accommodating us.

The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough. Fast Wi-Fi. Good AC system, not too strong and very easy to adjust. Underground car park was perfect. Friendly reception. Great breakfast for an additional (quite fair) price. Good position - 20 minutes on foot from old town and near a big shopping centre. Apparently the area is not the safest in Rouen but it felt okay to us. We didn't use it but there is a tram right in front of the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

We were needed a room for one night, and this room was perfectly satisfactory. The shower was great.

The hairdryer was a little lacking as it would get too hot for you to hold and you would have to dry your hair in shifts. The breakfast was the only disappointing part of the stay, as they had very little to offer and the meat Was gone when we got there and I had to ask if they were going to put any more out. And I think one of the employees actually went and bought some and got back with it just before we left.

We went to the sister hotel Rouen St Severin by mistake. The receptionist on duty there at 7pm was brilliant helping us to our correct hotel. Our correct hotel was clean and comfortable, good shower too. So what we would expect at a budget hotel.

The hotel is not too close to any decent french restaurants. It is close to a large shipping centre which has Asian and fast food outlets.

I needed a place on short notice and B&B was available. It has standard comfort, no frills but that suited me. I even had a view of the metro stop which was quite interessting to watch. People at the reception were very friendly and I was lucky to find a free parking spot not far away.

I can't complain. Maybe these chains lack individuality.

Great location for walking into the old town only a 15 mins walk. Very comfortable bed. The room was spotlessly clean with a good sized bathroom and fabulous shower. Staff were really friendly. Good secure parking for small extra fee. We paid a small supplement for a dog.

We didn't pay the supplement for the breakfast as we thought it a bit expensive at 10.95 per person.

For whats considered a basic hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort and space of the bedroom and bathroom. The underground secure parking was excellent. Easy access to metro. Good breakfast.

Public areas could be bigger. The general location of the hotel isn't great,

Location. The staff was very nice and gave us also good tips for eating out. Having said that, we really like the city.

Getting to their parking was not so obvious. We hat to park nearby, pop over to the reception to get the directions and the instructions how to enter the garage.

Great location in the center of Rouen. Easy access to the enormous shopping centre!

Car park ceiling very low but I drive a van not a normal car so not really the hotels fault, that said the car park was very secure, with a shutter at the entrance.

Decent breakfast, with fresh items. Parking in hotel garage is easy and not expensive. Quiet rooms.

No vending machines in lobby, hot water problems for a whole day without communication about it.
