The air conditioning in my room was very welcome! Room was comfortable although not fancy.

Location is tricky to access; I had to drive around a bit to find the entrance. On the TV 100% of the channels were in French. It would be nice to have 1 or 2 options in English (maybe CNN?) Wish I had known about the Rouen environment zone and that the hotel was located in it; I called to ask and the woman who answered said that it wasn't (not true, it is). No idea how to deal with this for a quick overnight stay.

Very good price/quality. We used the hotel as a stop for our drive towards our holiday destination and for this aim, the hotel is perfect. Very clean room (not big but not needed at all), good matrasses, fine shower. The breakfast was really good for the price (basic but enough for just a stop) and very friendly people. A lot of parking spaces available for cars and parking closes during night. Limited reception hours but everything can we done with codes received via booking.com

A really good place for a stopover on a road trip, just of the main route through Rouen, but quiet enough for us as we were facing the car park. The room was modern and clean. Facilities were exactly up to the expected standard. This was much better than a previous experience at another Ibis Budget (Boulogne - old and tired) and very convenient to break a trip when driving further south. We didn't try the breakfast as there is an excellent bakery just across the street.

Great for a travel base in a very convenient location with easy parking, if driving through France. Room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Great value for money. Easy metro ride into city centre.

Basic but that's all we were looking for in an overnight stay. Check in via automatic machine worked perfectly for us but staff not always on front desk.

This is a great option for a one or two night stay in Rouen. I booked this hotel as it had plenty of parking, was one minute off the main road and was 5 minutes walk to a tram stop and we were in the centre of Rouen in less than 10 minutes by tram. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Remember this is a two star hotel at a great price and my comments relate to it being a cheaper option hotel. I was really impressed with the room for the price. It was small but had space to hang stuff, was light, window opened fully and it was perfectly cleaned. Some people might not like the fact that you step out of the shower straight into the room, but the shower is great, nice shower gel provided and if you want privacy there is a curtain to divide this area from the rest of the room. (The toilet is separate, just to reassure you of that) The breakfast was included in the price and was amazing, better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Selection of breads, pastries and cakes, ham, cheese, jams, eggs, fruit. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful. This was just an overnight stop for us with an evening in Rouen but I would definitely book again for any short trip to Rouen.

Very good value for money, 1 overnight stay on our way back from south west france before the ferry home from dieppe. 10 minute walk to a large local shopping outlet, with a few places to eat

Traffic around this area during our stay was horrendous. What should have been a 47 minute drive to dieppe took over 2 hours, it took 1 hour 30 minutes to get out of the town

You can't go wrong with Ibis right? I have been staying at Ibis hotels in France since 2016 and they wonderful travel hotels. Great WIFI, great rooms and beds etc. This was just a stop over for us for 1 night and it was perfect. The breakfast was fine and they had boiled eggs which you do yourself, IBIS are great about the boiled eggs, well done IBIS.

It was perfect for what I needed. It was inexpensive the location was great, the room was comfortable, the shower good and the breakfast excellent. I couldn't fault it

The breakfast was great but in my opinion there needs to be more than one coffee machine in the breakfast room. It caused a queue as some people found it confusing and the machine itself was slow.

This is an Ibis Budget hotel so it is essentially quite minimal. But it was comfortable and well managed, and on a vwery hot day the air con and blackout blind was very welcome The included breakfast was very good. The location was great - just off the main Rouen road, and a short walk to the regular trams into the centre of town

A minor quibble: the bunk bed over the head of the double bed had to be remembered or skulls got cracked!

Clean and bright well worth the money we were apprehensive of booking a 2 star ibis (no offence) but if your reading this thinking of booking do it it’s small but effective

The reception wasn’t manned making check in not very explanatory as the printer wasn’t working and no one was answering the emergency number luckily another guest told us what to do and I had taken a picture of the hotel room and codes This didn’t effect our stay just a side note
