Room was basic budget version but very clean and equipped with tv towels and shower gel, With hindsight we may of paid extra for a style room which looked more like a premier inn . For the type of a accommodation the breakfast was really excellent and the staff were very good Pizza available at the bar and two restaurants next door plus McDonald’s , great location for route onwards to port

Great price and location and easy to check in. Comfy bed and TV for convenience. Warm and cosy and right next to my car. A quiet location but next door to McDonalds and a Petrol station which was handy.

I didn't notice a towel in the room and wasn't sure whether there should have been. I didn't query it as only one night and early start and didn't take a towel out of my main suitcase !

Travelling between the UK and Spain on a regular basis means several overnight stops. This hotel is well located for our journeys and is inexpensive. Not a luxury location but ideal for an overnight break. Car park a big plus and helpful staff on duty if required.

The accommodation is basic but not unreasonably so for the price. Only real criticism is having the lights in the gated car park turned off at night.

We booked the budget Ibis as arriving at 2am and leaving early to continue our journey. Room was basic but clean and shower was hot. Getting up to leave we found ourselved delayed by an excellent breakfast! Great fruit salad with fresh pinapple and mango, yogurt, cereals, cheese, meats and croissants, french bread, pancakes and maple syrup, perfect soft boiled eggs in your egg machine - our quick "grab a snack and lets be off" turned into a lovely lets sit and eat a proper breakfast. Then while using the toilet we saw the games chill out area which would have been great if we had children with us. Staff were friendly and polite even at 2am!

Room was cold on arrival but we had a heater to use.

Great location if driving through- we drove from Calais to Northern Spain and for a quick 1 night stay is no problem. parking secure, somewhat of an industrial location, but breakfast and fuel close by and is not far from major roads.

Breakfast was brilliant and the room suited our needs perfectly, a quick overnight stay that we could all be together as a family thanks to the baby cot provided.

The facilities and location are very good.

We felt the staff could have been more sociable/friendly. That is not to say they were miserable, and possibly not helped by our lack of knowledge of the French language.

We checked-in early morning at around 2 am but the it was very smooth. The rooms were good, clean, and comfortable. Morning breakfast was really good, had a lot of options. Nayeem was the person we met at the reception and he was really helpful. He gave us tips on which places to visit and how to travel within the city.

All was good.

The location was good for us and staff there were nice.

On the morning of the checkout date, the door lock didn't open even when I pressed the correct key number.
