This newly completed Hyatt hotel is a renovated grand old school building, providing an interesting experience for an overnight stay - juxtaposing the old surroundings with modern hotel functionality. The room was comfortable with good amenities. A 15 minute downhill walk takes you into Rouen centre, which has many interesting sights including a beautiful cathedral, there are also plenty of good cafes and restaurants to visit. The walk uphill back to the hotel is a little more taxing, but is good exercise after a decent dinner. The hotel also provides secure on site parking.

It is an impressive hotel and I loved the interior design. The bed was extremely comfortable. The terrace area was very lovely as was the coffee.

The food was not good. The Caesar salad that I ordered was not a Caesar salad, it had egg and tomatoes and the falafels it came with were very dry. Even as a salad it was very average. The stew my husband ordered was also not great.

The window in our room didn’t shut properly. Poor choice of tea and coffee on tray and no milk. I couldn’t access the menu for the restaurant online or in my room . The hotel is a 20 min walk from the centre of town. Breakfast seems excessively expensive ( so we didn’t have it) Parking is also excessively expensive especially as the hotel is not right in the town centre.

Plentiful, secure parking. Comfortable accommodation, excellent shower. Good choice at breakfast. Refreshments were disappointing for a new hotel and the Hyatt brand .

Limited, uninspiring dinner menu. Place feels like it caters for conferences.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room standard was high. Location from the city center was manageable walking. Good selection of food and drinks for breakfast.

Option of a paid for, or inclusive, shuttle bus to the city might have been might be a good option, especially for older people...?

Really tastefully converted building, with big rooms. We stayed twice now and both times really liked it. Friendly staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. Great views across town and super quiet.

The cost for dog is at the high-end, in which case I would expect at least a water bowl, maybe a treat and a bed to welcome the dog as well.

Beautiful new hotel, renovated to a very very high standard. The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable, with lovely views of the city. The staff were superb, went the extra mile sending up little cakes for my husband's birthday. The food in the resturant was very nice, as was the spa (though a bit busy).

Very clean hotel. New building with a good terrace to view the sunset. Slight paint smell in the corridor. easy parking and connected to the lobby.

Brand new hotel (albeit in a historic building). The staff were super courteous & helpful. The room was extremely comfortable, with an enormous bed & excellent shower. Very hearty breakfast and enjoyable spa experience. Would thoroughly recommend!

We were on our way to the U.K. from limoges and your hotel was the perfect hotel for us to spend the night. We had supper in the restaurant which was fantastic and cocktails and the staff were amazing. We will stay again Thankyou
