The property, the breakfast and the garden were superb

The lady of the house could not find us somewhere to eat on the Monday we arrived so we had to go to a supermarket in the nearby town to buy ourselves food to cook and eat. Guests should be warned about this problem and told to book a restaurant early, if arriving on a Monday. Narrow lanes to get to the property.

Amazing property! I can’t say enough good things about Chambre Du Panorama. House was lovely on the inside and out. Exceptionally clean, which is a huge plus! Beds were very comfortable and the house was cozy. All bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was great. There were 8 of us staying there and we didn’t feel cramped. The host lives next door and was very friendly and helpful. She spoke English, which was nice. Property is just a short walk away from a beautiful panoramic view of the Seine River, where my family enjoyed a picnic. The host provided us with a delicious breakfast of breads, cheeses, homemade jams and honeys, and apple from their trees. Property grounds are very well kept, with a trampoline for the kids and flowers to smell and enjoy. Would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a perfect spot in the countryide as the base for exploring Normandy by car this is it, a lovely country house in the middle of peace and quiet with super nice hosts. Also as a bonus delicious home-made jams and yoghurt for breakfast, and a small herd of sheep roaming around to enhance the experience. Highly recommended!

The stay was perfect, it is a really charming room on a great location. It is pretty remote, so you will need to have a car to get there. Great area for running as well, the panorama point was a really good tip from the owner. I needed to be in Rouen for work, but prefer to sleep outside of cities for which this was perfect.

The host was wonderful. She recommended the panorama spot, so we can enjoy the view. Made us the most delicious breakfast. We had the most delicious homemade yogurt and jam as well as organic from the garden cherries and honey.

Our hosts were very attentive and helpful, and the accommodation was exactly what we wanted: somewhere comfortable for an overnight stay, on route, and with the most amazing views within walking distance. The breakfast we were served was fabulous!

Its farm like setting close to the river Seine with all its opportunities for outdoor activities.

All was beautiful

A lovely old traditional Normandy house and property surrounded by a colourful garden and estate with farm animals. We had some of the fresh eggs for our plentiful breakfast, along with a choice of three local honeys. The name Panorama is well deserved. the house is a few hundred metres from a stunning view of the Seine valley as it sweeps around in a deep-sided arc from Rouen to the sea.
