Very friendly staff! They are always ready to wait for your late arrival, if you inform in advance. This is truly valuable. Also be prepared for a really tasty breakfast: variety of local cheeses and cold cuts, pancakes, scrambled eggs, bread and freshly squeezed juices. Coffee is also very good. Wifi works very well. A huge Carrefour can be found nearby with oysters and rose wine. Great place)))

There was a mild sewage smell in our room, but when we used the bathroom for a while it was gone.

Its location was ideal for the ports. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were well ventilated.

You need to sort the directions on the site as we had to drive through the centre of Rouen to reach you. Would have been easier to stay on the autoroute another Junction as you’re just two minutes from the autoroute, rather than battling through city centre traffic.

All in all an excellent place to stay. A most pleasant,quiet room. Which was very clean with a fabulous shower and great value for money. Plus points for me were the staff. When I arrived Julie was running the front desk and she couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I was tired, hungry and needed everything and she made sure that all my needs were catered for with a smile. Just fantastic. Thank you very much

We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and we keep coming back. The rooms are a reasonable size with good facilities, the restaurant is very good and they allow dogs. There is also a separate entrance that bypasses reception which is practical for taking luggage in and out. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only disappointent is that the restaurant is closed at the weekend but that is typical of hotels in the area.

Very accessible, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Outside patio area to enjoy the lovely flowers and bees on a summers evening. Rooms were lovely and clean and everything provided for. Rooms Done on a daily basis. Breakfast was out of this world. Couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend. Staff very friendly, accommodating and spoke very good English.

Very nice economy hotel. Comfortable and clean room at top of building. No food on the sunday night of our arrival, but receptionist provided us with a perfectly acceptable hot snack Breakfast was very good, even some hot choices!

While inconvenient for us with a room on the fifth floor, there was no lift, which could be a big problem for less abled travelers if not aware.

Position is good for us , seven hours from home , then just another two in the morning from Eurotunnel .convenient hypermarket next door.

No longer has a restaurant available. Having to ask for the receptionist , and why recently can you not check in until 16.00

Perfect for our needs We were travelling south with our dog. Dog friendly hotel. We asked for a ground floor room for ease as we saw there was no lift. Staff on reception very pleasant and helpful

Sadly the restaurant was closed as there was a coach party in but we ate elsewhere and had a few drinks in the lobby.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Decent shower. Tea/coffee facilities in room - ages since we stayed in a motel with this perk! Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast spread.

Restaurant not open on Sunday night and nothing open in the immediate area apart from Burger King in supermarket carpark next door. Little effort to make carpark secure.

Location and price. Bed was comfortable, there were 4 pillows including 2 memory pillows. Convenient area, grocery store very close by, bus stop close, too. I don’t think they have elevator. Good communication. Very good price.

Water in the shower wasn’t drain properly. Needs to be fixed.
