Upon arrival the front desk associate was personable and helpful. While the room was on the first floor and relatively close to where the ice machines were there was little to no noise pollution. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked well, and the shower hygiene products were higher quality than you see at many hotels.

The coffee in the breakfast area left something to be desired but this is insignificant in comparison to all the positives at this Holiday Inn Express location.

I loved this hotel and the staff went above and beyond. I traveled here from out of province with my daughter's back in July. The manager went above and beyond welcomed my daughters everyday, helped me find and organize local taxis, Breakfast was delicious and 1 less thing to think about daily. Staff was always happy, helpful and they were always cleaning.

Outstanding breakfast created and serviced by a friendly, attentive older lady. One of the best stocked and tasty breakfasts ever experienced in a similarly priced hotel.

Bathroom floor had not been vacuumed before our first of two night stay, so it had hair (likely female) on the floor. Second day cleaning left bathroom clean w/o hair on floor. No instructions for TV to identify stations or menu.

Staff were friendly, room was great! I had asked for Jacuzzi tub room and got more then I expected, the room was a beautiful room, smart TV in the room, and hot breakfast the next morning was more then I expected. The kids loved the pool, I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Pool room had small towels and very few at the time we had gone down to use the pool.

check in was a stressful moment due to booking.com staff was good bout it and did a good job in fixing the issue we had to cancel reservation and then be booked in again, which we see by our bank statement may have charged us $50 cancelation fee. Cancelation was no fault of ours , it was the only way to give us a room.
