Having stayed in the area before several times, albeit with a different franchise of hotel. It was refreshing to stay in a hotel with no disturbance throughout both nights. The room was clean, well furnished, and plenty big enough. All the in room facilities were well maintained. The reception staff were pleasant. The restaurant offered a decent selection of evening meals and drinks. The drink prices (£5+) were, I guess, on a par with the area. The waitress who served me on Friday and Saturday evening was delightful. All in all, I would say that the extra £20 a night (compared to the cheaper alternative) was worth every penny. If first impressions count for anything, I would recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone.

Friendly efficient reception staff. Good size room which was very clean and comfortable. Facility to get something to eat on site.

Breakfasts were average. Some ingredients were dried out from the warming heaters and on the second day we had to wait for a number of items on the cooked list to be replenished - the staff did apologise saying this was due to a party of 12 contractors having arrived shortly before us - not a major problem though. We could'nt get in the dining room on the second night of our stay as we were told they were fully booked and had to eat in the bar. Perhaps guests should be recommended to book a table in advance.

Could not fault the hotel or hotel staff at all. Excellent car park.

The bar / restaurant was abysmal. We were shown to a table that had an ant trotting across it. I flattened the ant before looking at the menu. After deciding what to order, I picked up the rack which holds the menus / condiments, and there were loads more ants there. We asked to be moved, and the waitress apologised and said they had a problem with ants in that corner.......why seat customers there when they know there's a problem ? The table we were then shown to wasn't much better, no ants but hadn't been cleaned properly. Fish and chips were undercooked, and he garden peas were like bullets. In summary, 10/10 for the hotel (we are booked in again in a few weeks time) but we won't be using the restaurant again.

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean and a great size for us we are 2 adults with a teenager. The rooms were well equipped with tea and coffee making facilities the bathroom was lovely providing hot water. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. We used the on-site restaurant lovely food and good value friendly staff and ideal. There is also a co-op shop onsite handy for snacks and drinks. We stayed here on an overnight stop to Dover only an hour from there and past the Dartford tunnel. All in all a perfect stay we will definitely use this hotel again.

Location is great and easy to get to places. Price is very competitive and is far better than somewhere like a Travelodge or Ibis. Having a Marston’s next door also means really well priced food and nice quality too.

Two things I didn’t like. First, the quality of the toilet paper is not good. It used to be good but there seems to be some cost savings being made by changing. It’s very cheap and you can tell. Second thing, is although I love the fact you get a duvet (unlike the vast number of sheets in some other hotels) the way it is tucked under the end of the mattress makes it almost impossible to pull up during the night. You could say why didn’t I untuck it, this is because the duvet doesn’t actually fill the cover meaning that it you did untuck it and pull it up, it wouldn’t cover the end of the bed. Neither of these things would stop me going back.

The property is clean and the bedroom was spaceous. The room is a bigger version of a standard Premier Inn room. Wouldn’t be surprised as they may have been previous owners as the way it is decorated and put together is similar. Location is good with a restaurant attached and a Co-op outside.

Not much not to like. Maybe the £50 deposit that was taken at check in that is not really needed. The money was refunded back into my account as soon as we checked out which is better than some hotels that do this slightly strange process.

Good location and good layout. Plenty of parking though appears to share it with the seperate restaurant. Definitely worth the price paid, with a large comfortable bed, 24hr reception, body wash/towels/coffee and tea making facilities, TV, etc - all the main things you need. Half the staff were friendly.

There was the option for a 1pm checkout for £20 through the online check in service you’re prompted to use. However when we got to the hotel and asked if it had been added the staff looked confused, only to tell us that it’s up to the main housekeeper if late check out is available on the day. So we’d have to ring reception when she gets in (9:30am) the morning of check out to see if we’re allowed it. We did and they said no. Seems a bit odd to offer a paid extra and then not allow it. Not sure if this is the same for all hotels by this company or just the Ebbsfleet one.

24 hour check in - easy and quick. A no fuss, clean place to stay for a night. Was separate to the pub so was quiet. Breakfast was reasonable and it was close to a coop for any bits needed for an overnight.

Nothing negative to report. The front desk doesn't have toothbrushes/paste (had to go coop around the corner) but I wasn't really expecting them to; the hotel done the job that was intended!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very easy to check in and out. Great large carpark for free parking. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was available at a nearby facility. Exceptional air conditioning, which was very welcome on the roasting day we stayed! Nice hotel overall.

The accessible bedroom was lacking adequate storage - eg there was nowhere to put a suitcase at an accessible height. Same for the bathroom - wash bag and toiletries had to be left on the floor. This is a very important consideration for the less mobile.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The place had a beautiful, modern renovation and everything was so clean, with a fresh scent in the room that made it feel extra welcoming. We loved the location—it was super convenient to have a pub nearby for a quick bite and a store for anything we needed. The big parking lot was a huge plus, too! A special thank you to the whole team. The staff was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job, )making our stay truly comfortable .and enjoyable.
