The place was great clean the lady at front counter was great food was great one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a while staff was nice

This is my preference the pillows could be firmer or add another pillow to the bed the stair Handles fell apart while my wife was going up and down the steps and just my belief that family with kids should be on first floor and I get it am a father as well but both night the kids above us is all we could here till 1 am was running a round

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional. The clean and modern ambiance immediately set a comfortable tone. The staff, incredibly polite and helpful, made me feel valued. The room was spotless, with a thoughtful touch like double blinds for a great night's sleep. Despite not exploring amenities, the overall positive vibe assured me of their quality. The location, conveniently close to a Tesla Supercharger, was a standout feature. The hotel embodied tranquility, cleanliness, and warmth. Surprisingly spacious for the price, the room exceeded expectations. The breakfast was a delightful addition. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel; it's a rare find that surpasses expectations. A big thanks to the staff for making my stay truly memorable.

Overall, my stay was fantastic, but the flat pillows were a minor letdown, slightly affecting the room's comfort. Still, the spotless surroundings, thoughtful details, friendly staff, and convenient location made it a memorable experience.

Beautiful modern, updated hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent, not a lot of flavor - but as a frequent flyer, you know what you're looking forward to. Rooms were absolutely spacious and pleasant (king suite).

Beds were firm and pillows very flat. One of the "nicer" hotels we've stayed in, yet the beds & linens were mehh lol. Hallways were FREEZING, didn't even give the pool a thought bc I would have been a popsicle. Easy to spot, but all the traffic circles make it a little difficult to get to anything around the hotel.

It was the last night on the road after a long 1,500 miles each way work trip. Both exhausted, in need of a comfortable room and TLC along the route home. The room was modern, comfortable; the beds a delight; the bath and shower so good. The breakfast was very good (the waffle maker actually worked!), coffee excellent, and the breakfast area clean and well organized, and well stocked.

It is silly to provide a thick comforter in summer. Feels crazy to have to crank the AC or be over warm in bed. Common in every hotel we stayed in. Hate it.

Breakfast was great!! Was very quiet while we were there. We had two very well-behaved dogs with us, and they loved the surrounding property. Staff were super friendly.

The bed was hard, and the a/c unit didn't hold temperature properly. Set at 68 is cold a/c. Set at 70 and it runs you out of the room too hot and dry air.

It's the best hotel I have ever stayed in! And I travel a lot. Newly renovated, very clean, modern looking but cozy feeling, remote control blinds very good breakfast! They ever have fireplace in front of the hotel. Pool was also renovated, water and air temperature was warm (usually we have bad experience with pools). I really recommend this place!

Stayed here on Christmas day after attending a Steeler game. I thought the hotel made a mistake and gave me a suite! Everything was excellent and the breakfast options were very good as well. Don't bypass this hotel if you need a place to stay in New Stanton.

Can't think of a single thing

Conveniently located for a visit to my family. Very clean facility. We were placed in a handicap accessible room even though we did't need or request one. Only issue was the refrigerator started vibrating loudly during the night. Had to get up and reposition.

Breakfast was ok except for my waffles and "maple syrup". Avoid them.

The King suite was roomy, beautiful and the rate was excellent! The layout of the room and couch were great. Our daughter and family stayed in a regular room which was nice too, and came over and hung out in our room (they rolled their computer desk chair over and then there were enough seats for the 4 of us without sitting on the bed. Lots of window light available making the room well lit and airy. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and waffle maker for making waffles. Front desk provided us with pens and paper for playing a game...as these are no longer found in the rooms.

The doordash was pretty limited at 7pm. And the delivery fees were high...8.99 for pizza gut....5.99 for Little Ceasars etc... Also...that is a firm mattress on that bed.

The modern clean design was appealing. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful. Room and amenities were top notch and surprisingly spacious. It was a good surprise at the end of a long trip.
