Everything!! If you are looking for a small hotel in a great location then look no further! It’s so clean everywhere and the owners and staff are wonderful and will do everything they can to make your stay there memorable. I had a deluxe double on the 6th floor which had a big double window (afternoon sunny) balcony which looks towards the sea. The room was huge and split by a revolving TV panel so you could watch in both bedroom and in sitting room. Lots of wardrobe storage and a refrigerator and free security safe. The room was serviced every day and clean sheets and towels daily too! The bed was actually a queen size bed. The large bathroom had a double glass door shower with large wall mounted soap/shower gel/shampoo dispensers. Lots of hot water and a very powerful shower. There is also a small dressing table area with hairdryer in sitting room. Buffet breakfast was served on my first two days and was included in the room price. There are hot items available on this (eggs, pancakes, etc) but mostly it has meats/ cheese/salad/fruit. Cereals, bread, croissants, yoghurts, biscuits & bread. Fresh juice & coffee machine. On my 2nd two days it was not buffet style and the lovely Eilda asked me what I would like and bought me a selection of everything I needed including a fresh cooked omelet to my table. I also ate one night from their small menu and had a very good meal, beautifully presented with wine for a very reasonable price. There is a fresh water cooler in the restaurant where you can refill your water bottle as often as you want. Great service from her as well as Genta & Kajce on reception who both also went out of their way to help me with information and help. I met the owner on my 3rd day when out and he was also very helpful with local information. He had already been in contact before my stay and offered taxi transport from/to the airport for €30 (3,000 Lek) each way and I highly recommend this.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this small and personal hotel. If I had to be unreasonably picky - I would say on a very ‘British’ personal level I missed Toast & butter at breakfast so a toaster would be a great addition, but obviously not essential!

The hotel is very nice and modern. It can be reached for 30 min from Tirana airport.The staff was very friendly and gave me a warm welcome offering me free drinks on my arrival.The room was spacious and nothing missing on it.The cleanliness was excellent.The room has also a big balcony. The breakfast was full of meals and the waitress always ready to help me. The beach is few steps from the hotel and there is also a beautiful promenade next to the sea for morning and afternoon walks. There are many restaurants close to the hotel if you decide to eat out.also 30 m away there is a bus station when you can reach the Durres for just 1 eur. I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn’t have much more time to spend there.

The place was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The staff was super friendly, supportive and provided for great flexibility to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom had a proper shower with cabin (not always the case in Golem) and the windows had both blinds as well as thick curtains for absolutely no light to come through in the morning. I would always prioritize this place over every other in the region!

The cleaning staff talking loudly in the hallways in the mornings was a bit disruptive. Other than that, the experience was more than excellent!

Words can not fully describe the excitement and satisfaction we got during our stay at ALvin Comfort Hotel. Starting from my first chat with the venue. The response was very impressive. The Manager I think his name is Elvis and the entire morning staff and evening staff and even the cleaners are wonderful people. We arrived very late and we were a bit apprehensive arriving at midnight to a country we don’t know, I chatted with the manager and he assured of complete safety and sent a driver to pick us from the airport. We did not have to wait for the driver at all, the driver was by the air port waiting for us. Our entire stay was enjoyable as the staff ensured we were comfortable and the kids felt so safe and happy. We visited a day before our son’s 14th birthday and I ask the manager to help us with a birthday cake which they did and this was amazing. The first receptionist I think her name is Alvin Kejsi she was ever so lovely and also the lad at the Resturant was so kind and polite. During breakfast we went down to the Resturant late and they still served us with so much to eat. On our return the Manager also ensured we go to the hotel safely. We were amazed at the wonderful service we received and I will recommend this hotel. The manager also has other hotel and I will definitely be patronising him again. The only thing I will say is that our TV in the room was not a smart TV so we could not have a movie night as family. Also the outdoor pool was not the best and kids did not use it 😄however it was lovely being able to sit outside by the pool to take pictures.

Hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the beach and actually we have a room with the corner view of the sea. Every day the room was cleaned and the linens and towels were changed smelling fresh, snow-white. Friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and doing their best. We asked for change of balcony chair and it was immediately changed. We also used car rental reservations from the hotel and it was also very nice and reliable. Thank you very much :)

In the nearby hotel if there is disco night that means that you will not sleep until midnight, but after that it is really quite. Was not an issue for us but worth taking earplugs just in case.

Close to the Beach, but in a quiet area with lots of restaurants. Very nice staff. Clean room with nice balcony.

Everything was really nice. Super large bed and very confortable. very clean. One of the things a liked the most was the shower cabin... Many places I´ve been didn´t had one and it just make a mess. Nice complimentary water offered to guests. Kind recepcionist and very helpful. The breaksfast was also very nice with a nice room and a good variety of food and drinks.

Some Tea or coffee as complimentary would be the cherry at the top of the cake. The car park worked fine but it´s literally by hotel door on the road, at busy times would be tricky to park. No issues for us.

Amazing hotel. Already spent 2 nights there, but had to cancel another hotel just so I could come back here. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast has great variety of food. The beach is only 1min walking. Shops and restaurants also 1min walk. I would definitely be back to this hotel

Perfect location for a short break in Durrës. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Good elevator. Big balconies. Breakfast was excellent (great coffee). Staff very friendly and helpful. We could check out a bit later without a cost. Would definitely stay here again!

Pillows a bit hard and had probably seen better days. Otherwise we have absolutly nothing to complain about.

Very pleasant hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. Super clean. Great noise insulation. Perfect location. Comfortable bed, quiet AC. It was a 5 minute walk to the wonderful restaurants along the beach. Lots of great bars in the street that the hotel is in. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and so much of it and the staff were all so lovely :)
