My room was quite large. I didn't realize I had booked a suite complete with a kitchen, a walk-in closet, a dining table, etc. This type of room would be a good choice for a long-term stay. The hotel is located on a beautiful tree-lined street just a short walk from the main sights in central Chisinau. Good value for the money. Although there were some negatives (see below), I would consider staying here again.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and lacks some modern conveniences -- for example, I had to crawl under the desk to access the only nearby outlet to plug in my computer. Little things made my experience less than luxurious. The bedspread was quite old and heavy (especially considering how hot it was), and some of my towels were ripped. The breakfast was okay but lacked variety. The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, but I didn't use it, so it didn't matter.

There was not enough space in the restaurant for breakfast; the bread station was in the corner difficult to reach; there was only one coffee machine both for coffee and tea so you have to wait very long to make yourself tea; there was a good choice of hot dishes for breakfast but unfortunately they weren't refilled regularly, so when something was finished there was little chance to try it.

We were in Chişinǎu for a family wedding - it was our first visit. We stayed at the Zentrum for several days as part of a 2.5 week European trip. The rooms, furnishings and facilities were exceptionally good, and our room was very comfortable Our unit was equipped with a washing machine, and the staff brought in a drying rack, and iron and iron board. The daily breakfast was varied and good quality, and we also had dinner in the hotel one night as the restaurant is open until 10 pm every night. Language was a bit of a barrier - we speak no Romanian - but we were able to manage to communicate through various means. The Zentrum is as its name conveys - in the centre of the city. It is easy to see the city on foot; it has some lovely parks; very nice public places and great restaurants. I wish we had been able to see more.

Our hotel apartament was super cosy, clean and spacious, very well equipped. Central location and still very quiet (nice and small street in the center), lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Many most important places and lovely parks to visit within a walking distance from the hotel. Good and full breakfast, good restaurant at the hotel (very reasonable prices) with a great patio. Two most famous wineries (Cricova and Milestii Mici) are located ca 15 km from the place and you can easily get there by taxi (30 min drive).

I would expect the staff at a 4* hotel to be more engaged and helpful. I feel that it was because of the language barrier (poor English) that everyone seemed so withdrawn and scared.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect — everything we wanted to see in Chișinău was within walking distance. The staff were extremely kind, polite, and always ready to help. Breakfast met all our needs, and we really liked the overall design and concept of both the room and the hotel. Our room was very clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping taking care of it daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Chișinău. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic stay. The Hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Staff members are friendly and responsive. Breakfast was very good with enough options (and day-to-day variations) for all. And you can't beat the location - all of the city's main attractions are within a walkind distance!

All was great! A super small nitpick, or a suggestion rather, would be to install dampers on door hinges in kitchen cabinets and wardrobe doors as they may make an unexpected sound when used for the first time. But if that's the biggest 'complaint' I have in a hotel, then I would have it every time!

The location is excellent - within easy reach of everything and very quiet and relaxed. The staff are excellent - both in food service and on reception. Rapid response to request to check in very late and to finds us a driver for a day. Large room with kitchenette - which could have done with more plates etc. Same with pillows. But Zentrum are already responding to our feedback on this. I would very happily stay there again - highly recommended.

The hotel is excellent. Perfect cleanliness, very comfortable mattresses, the light in the room immediately disposes to rest. Quiet, you can't hear your neighbors at all. We were afraid that we would freeze in Moldova (there was a cold snap at night to 0 degrees), but the radiators were hot, we immediately screwed them down and did not turn them on anymore, because it was warm without them. We really liked the location of the hotel, a quiet street with many embassies, and when you get to the corner - there is already a shopping street. It seemed to us that the hotel is in the very center, it is not clear why they wrote that the center is 800 meters away. Special thanks to the girls at the reception.

There is nothing to complain about.

The property was lovely - the room was very comfortable and the hotel was nice and clean. We had a great experience, the receptionist was lovely. We arrived early and asked for an early check in and were able to get it and even got a room upgrade. We were travelling with a 3 year old, so it was really appreciated. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely fantastic, one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Tasty, great selection and the atmosphere was very cosy. The hotel is a walking distance from parks and restaurants. Great location. Can’t fault it.

I stayed at Zentrum Hotel for 10 nights and highly recommend the place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All my requests were addressed right away. The breakfast options were great. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night and it was super. Located in the center of the city, within walking distance from some nice restaurants (Lume, Sisters, Chao Bella, Divus ), central park and all kinds of stores. Very convenient on all levels.
