great location, beautiful sea view, no expensive shuttle or taxi from the airport needed since the public bus is direct and the bus stop only 100m away from the hotel. The food at the buffet was good, a lot of different choices.

Every evening loud music from the show- the windows should be better isolated. You could also hear the neighbors in the room next door. Extra cost for the safe. Pool operating hours only 10am- 6pm.

Most eateries same menus, ie. Burger, pizza, not much choice for anything else to eat, everything much the same. Guy at hotel bar told us Happy Hour for the 4 nights running. After we ordered drinks, he said it wasn't on tonight (they also removed the sign). I said you told us it was & said you can't just do that, after we get drinks, change your mind. Surprisingly, that night and the next, bar very quiet. Then boom! sign appears in lift advertising Happy Hour again. We had found a different place by then, so we went there.

Location was excellent, right beside the beach, restaurants, bars and cafes. Pool was clean and surrounding area was tidy and well-kept. Lifeguard there during opening hours. Also there wasn't the great rush to get a sunbed each morning. If you were there when the pool opened at 10am there were plenty of beds. Housekeeping great, clean towels every second day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in the rooms was excellent.

Bar staff were extremely slow. They were also cooking bar snacks during the day which didn't help as they weren't able to concentrate on serving drinks. Wifi was very poor throughout, except at the bar. Kitchen facilities were basic but we didn't cook much except for few days when we had breakfast in the apartment.

The staff were kind, helpful and they have a great sense of humour. The breakfasts were exceptional. It was great to chill in the cool air-conditioned room during the siesta. The hotel is literally next to the beach. Seeing the sunrise from your sea view balcony was awesome. There are several great restaurants, general stores, pharmacy within walking distance. There is a handy self-service laundry in the basement. In the room, there was a practical supply pack with bottled water, beer, Coke, washing-up liquid, tea/coffee, milk, snacks, etc. for a small fee.

Great beach location We had a fabulous wrap around balcony so we watched the sun rise & set from there. Amazing V comfortable beds. Good shower etc.

Needed an outside table for eating at, only had a coffee table. V poor options for vegetarians at the evening buffet.

The bar staff was amazing, Ali’s cocktails were on the spot and the columbian waiter super easy going (I’m sorry but don’t remember his name)

The lift was not working for a couple of days but probably due to the thunderstorm, understandable

Location was very good, we asked a quiet room in a upper level and that’s what we got 😊

Room was hot and the a/c didn’t work propely. In the pool area has rules but nobody didn’t care about them.

The staff was nice and smiley. Happy to help and very child friendly

The beds were a bit used and lumpy. The room was clean but worn. The kitchen was very dark. The bedrooms light was great.

The cleaning services were not regular and it had to be requested a day earlier and still they didn’t come.
