What really made the difference for staying here was the front desk staff - particularly Jodie and Kim. They were both very friendly and supportive.Kim was working a double shift due to another staff member being unable to come in, and she was still upbeat and helpful, even though she had only had a few hours sleep. She provided local information for restaurants and sightseeing. Her stories and information about different aspects of that area of North Carolina were insightful, and a pleasure to hear.

The bed was sooo comfortable and the ac worked wonders for it being one little unit trying to cool the whole room, was right by lots of food and a grocery store. Housekeeping came everyday and took out trash and replaced dirty towels and wash rags.

The first room we stayed in the toilet was messed up and FLOODED our whole room and the hallway! It’s a good thing the front desk had amazing customer service and switched my room to an even better one!

The motel is in a good location for people traveling the Blue Ridge Parkway. It's a quick trip off the parkway to Marion and the hotel. It is pet friendly, very clean, and the rooms are comfortable.

It was a bit confusing to get to. You have to go through another businesses parking lot to get to the motel. Probably easily done during the day but a night it was a little hard to find the entrance.

The room was big a good location for eating the guy from the motel to the beech mountain area was great looking forward coming back

In the bathroom shower the water pressure was not enough in the water was not too hot. You do not have a TV guy paper on the desk before we can see where all the channel was on TV

The hotel and room were quite nice, very clean and quiet. There was a walking trail nearby. They had an indoor pool but I wasn’t able to make use of it.

While not the hotel’s fault, the area isn’t very pedestrian friendly. Other than the walking trail, you take your life in your hands if you want to walk to the nearby grocery store.

There were obviously vagrants present who stayed in their cars overnight without a hotel room etc which made us feel uneasy

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised with how safe I felt as a traveler working alone.

Honestly, I did not have a bad experience at all. The reviews were not accurate because I had no problem finding the hotel.

We have always chosen The Comfort Inn while visiting Marion, NC. It is always clean and neat. The staff there goes out of their way to accommodate our needs.

There is not one thing we dislike about the property.

Everyone was so friendly. New front desk trainee and trainer, Huge smiles gave great recommendations for dinner, pleasant and courteous at all times. We will definitely return to this location.

The location was good. Rooms was clean and decent size. Staff was very friendly and helpful. (Minus 1 lady). Pool was nice. The breakfast was really good.

There was 1 lady that wasn't to friendly. The beds was a little harder than I like. And the water pressure wasn't the greatest.
