The beds were very comfortable to lay in with the right temperature of the room when you adjusted the air conditioner. The heat was lovely too with the temperature you set it on. It didn't overheat in the room nor did the air conditioner freeze us while we cooled down.

I didn't like the fact you couldn't take anything out of the kitchen into your room because I had a sleeping baby that I didn't want to wake up just to eat breakfast. It takes a long time to get him asleep so I wanted to take a plate of waffles into the room to warm up when he woke up from bedtime. Other than that everything was cool.

Rooms were very clean. No bed bugs found in my room. Stayed just a few hours. Needed a place to sleep

Staff could have been a little bit better. Tried to cancel due to sickness of course they would not let me cancel. Went anyway. Checking out was an issue. Desk clerk had people waiting to be checked out. I was there in line for ten minutes while they were checking out one person. They went to go check room for that individuals checkout. They should have waited on the others before checking room on the other side of building. I could not wait for the staff to come back. Only complaints I had

Shower head was awesome. Like a water massage that hurt so good. Love that I don't have to drag all of my stuff through a lobby to get to my room. Just pull up to your room and unload.

Everything was "good enough" but nothing was spectacular. For the price though, "good enough" was excellent.

The room was great and the pool really hit the spot. Staff was dressed nicely and friendly. The free breakfast was excellent too.

I needed to extend my stay, but it was difficult through the app. Also the downstairs ice machine was out of order.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Quite area so no real complaints. This was our second time staying at this facility. Will return again.

The television has a scratch across the screen, phone didn't work and security latch was loose and missing a screw.

Hotel’s King/Non Smoking Room #101 met our expectations being very clean, and bed very comfy! A full breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, bagels, cereals, waffles too with delicious fresh coffee, and fruit drinks included in the price! Also enjoyed the pool area, very relaxing! Staff very courteous and very friendly! Coffee available at all times too!

Hotel’s property grass areas were overgrown.

refrigerator was barely cool, our food spoiled. there was no bacon for breakfast as seen in pictures from previous gusts. bed very soft, but some like that.

The pool was nice and clean. Staff very friendly..Room was a good size beds were ok.

The breakfast was slack. Coffee cups really small. Sausage links and scrambled eggs was only hot stuff on bar.

The mini fridge door was difficult to open because you had to drag it against the carpet. Trucks parked at the side of the building where our room was and it was noisy.
