The location is great, it’s close to everything you need. Pet friendly, loved the outdoor pool and the breakfast. There was waffles, toast, sausage biscuits, muffins, yogurt, peach cups, cereal, apple/orange juice, coffee and tea in the lobby. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. It’s within walking distance to restaurants- Kobe, Cracker Barrel, Hooters and Zaxbys.

There was a blinking LED outdoor parking lot light but it didn’t bother us.

The beds and pillows are super comfy, the rooms are clean, and while breakfast may be muffins, fruit cups, and yogurt its still a sight better than no breakfast at all.

The ONLY reason I'm not giving 10/10 is because of the man next door to us, who decided to act like a prepubescent teenage boy with severe anger issues, caused a great deal of noise when we have to work nights and were trying to sleep. When confronted and asked to show a little respect for the other guests he proceeded to yell and curse me. The poor girl at the front desk, who had also been his verbal abuse victim, couldn't call the police because she "had to call her boss first". I'm sorry, but that is a crap policy. You wouldn't make them wait to call for help if the building was on fire, but a belligerent, unruly, disrespectful guest has to be authorized first.

It was very clean, and the staff was very pleasant.

The breakfast to me was a little on the short side. Frozen small sausage, and biscuits was just not up my alley. I could’ve went to the gas station and got the same thing and put in the microwave.  The room was booked for two people and upon arrival there was only two towels in the room. I had to ask for extra towels, and the next day, after using the towels, they replace them with two towels again.

The quietness.

When I decided to stay an additional night, I was charged around $20 more and when I asked why it was more, the desk clerk said because its a higher rate for the night than the night before. I originally booked on booking.com. The rare didn't change thru booking.com had I just rebooked thru them. And I really don't mind giving a deposit that they ask for but make sure you pay that in cash or else it will be 3-5 business days before it's available in your account.

Loved everything about the place... the owner was exceptionally outstanding an understanding as well as the staff... I've stayed at many different hotel n motels this one is by far the best... than u baymont for everything an I recommend this place to any and everyone

Close to everything

Chair broke and dirty, sheets had stains on them, hole in wall, molding at corner of bathroom loose,, no ironing board. Very rundown from the last time we stayed there. THE manager did replace the sheets

Location and cleanliness

All was good. Maybe a set up for longer stays (when applicable)would be helpful. Like a bigger coffee maker, more towels and wash clothes, …..etc…

Newly remodeled rooms are nice. NO CARPET, YEA! Hot water in shower there instantly (was told they have a constant circulation system to keep hot water available). Beds and bedding clean and comfortable. Didn't partake of the 'breakfast' offering but looked really basic, without much hot selections. Coffee available at all hours in lobby.

Convient loved the pool. It's saltwater so good on skin and hair doesn't burn eyes. Kids loved it and I did.

Room service was requested twice but never came not sure if it's because we came back in the room or not with Covid still going around so not totally holding that against you guys!

The check-in clerk was so polite and nice. I love that I was on the bottom floor. It was well lit up on the outside. Very clean on the inside.
