It was clean and convenient. I suspect the price was competitive. We booked there because my daughter and son-in-law recommended it. I have stayed at Hiltons in the past but I don’t travel that much anymore.

Maybe it was me but I didn’t like the way the TV software worked. It was extremely cumbersome to find anything. It is noisy! Not just the construction at the back of the hotel but inside noise.

Property was clean. The room was humongous including the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious. Did not get a chance to check out the pool :( too tired. The staff was friendly. All major boxes checked for me!!

Well; only if we’re nit picking. It was absolutely a great stay. Ordered children’s breakfast… the potatoes were spicy. Take that w a grain of salt though bc I was already not feeling well before. The big bummer for us was location… nothing one can do about that. It was 30 minutes out of our way but WORTH it!! Constructive criticism: the style of curtains were decorative and could not be closed so we woke up with the sun

I liked the overall layout of the building. I also liked that my room was mostly soundproof.

That, at the time of my stay, the predominant guests were families attending a kids baseball tournament. Parents allowed children to noisily run through the halls.

For the most part it was great.

The bar lady said we could not bring our own alcohol into the lobby when the bar was open but we could sit outside. We found out from the manager the next day that was false. It was hot outside. Bad bar lady!

I like the size and cleanliness of the room.

Our meal was expensive, and we didn’t get Hilton points off of the meal because I booked through booking.com instead of the hotel directly.

Very clean and all the extras were very nice. We were pleasantly surprised with the treats in the room. Thank you. Small things like that make you want to come back, which we will.

The headboards are hitting up against the wall if you are simply turning over in the bed. and I turned all night, the mattresses were not that comfortable. Room #417 Kings Standard

The décor the cleanliness the staff the entire lobby is beautiful

Only complaint is that housekeeping started knocking on my door day if checkout at 7am didn’t have to checkout until 12pm

Had difficulty upon arrival to the room to establish a wi-fi connection. Had the call the # listed for help from AT&T

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms had COLD air and the beds were so comfortable.
