We loved the room and Atmosphere, we're very surprised to have all the emitties that were in the room. And we'll know better next time to be able to make better use of the room. Water was extremely hot and I love that. As well as the Force of the water easy access to rooms.

We did find 2 Cobb webbs in the room, one under the coffee table and 1 I need from the chair at the door also found 1 cockroach crawling.

The property looks safe and clean without people hanging around or homeless.

I have no complaints about the property

Everything was good

Affordable and clean. Had a good size living room and bedroom. Had a good size fridge and freezer

AC was not optimal for hot summer but still good. Closes after hours although manager is on site for emergency.

It's quite and spacious. Wonderful staff.

I booked a second week through booking. They don't quite like it idk why.

Check in/out was easy. Front desk was friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Looks like a lil one bedroom apt. The area is quiet, close to shopping and dining.

I loved the full kitchen and the fact that they were stocked with kitchen items.

There was nothing I didn't like.

My suite was spacious and clean, the HVAC worked great, the bed was comfortable, and my request for a ground floor room was accommodated.

I was surprised to find NO clothes hangers in the roomy closet, and with the limited office hours had no way to try to get some. Also as with many hotels, the bathtub drain was very slow, could use a dose of Drano.

Beverly was very friendly. The property was convenient to where we needed to be. There was an issue, maintenance related so no one’s fault, we had to change rooms but the staff made it simple.

I have to say the parent company could do a little refurbishing. Bathrooms might be a good place to start.
