The room had been updated and was clean and bed was very comfortable!!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Did not realize it was a pet friendly motel that didn’t have rooms that were not set aside for “No Pets”. But the room was clean with no animal smell.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff members were very nice.

No breakfast.

This was a very comfortable room with a desk and desk chair which made it easy to use my laptop during my stay. There was also a second comfortable chair. The king size bed was comfortable, and my wife and I were able to sleep soundly during our stay. The curved shower rod made it comfortable while taking a shower. My wife and I would stay here again.

Although the room was very clean, the bedspread had a nasty stain on it. My wife exchanged it for a clean bedspread. This bedspread also had stains and a hole in it. We accepted it even though it wasn't perfect, because it had just been cleaned. Also, there was no remote for the TV. They gave us a remote which didn't work, so they ended up giving us a second remote. Not a big deal as I wasn't interested in watching TV anyway. This Red Roof Inn doesn't serve breakfast. There is coffee in the lobby.

I asked for a bottom room due to spouse being handicapped and it was honored. Also we needed a room that was pet friendly that was honored as well. The only downfall was the vagrants that hing outside at night. I was approached by several people for cigarettes and lighters.

The homeless people asking for money, cigarettes etc.. these people need help and the town needs to find ways to help these people.

The stuff were wonderful, great experience everytime I spoke to someone. Would recommend for anyone looking for convenience and humble hospitality.

The only issue I had was the room i was staying in had a condensation in the morning on the window and would get the floor wet.

I absolutely love the peace and quiet in the comfortable rooms they provide. They are always Grade A in cleanliness and sanitary every visit. But I love the professional and hospitality attitudes of the employees. And I have to say that the owners of the establishment have absolutely exceeded any and all of the others in and around the surrounding areas throughout the times I have stayed in the hotels for periods at a time since before the pandemic started.

Actually I still haven't been able to find anything I can say I disliked with this establishment.

The breakfast was as good as any continental breakfast it was clean

I was disappointed with booking.com the desk clerk was understanding and very pleasant about the fact that we were going to have to return home one day early and only charged our card for the one night with no cancellation fee and sent me email he sent them but I didn’t get any satisfaction from booking.com

It is close to anything you will need. The room was clean and pretty well taken care of for a smaller hotel.

The "night" life was not exactly desirable. The coming and going of iffy individuals and people in the parking lot drinking swayed us from booking again. Especially since we often travel with our children.

The service was excellent. The owners and their employees honestly go above and beyond to make sure they give 200% to help their guests and families with whatever it is that they need and want and I wanna say they provide complimentary breakfast that includes all U would buy from the surrounding restaurants. Last but not least will work with you on prices for the guests who are having hard times during these troubling times.

Can't think of anything to complain about truthfully.

Bed was great. Very comfortable. Good water pressure for shower. Mini frig worked great .

Only problem was cable. Needs upgrading.for what you charge should be lots better. Thank God I had my laptop an youtube
