Being moved to another room closer to the lobby. The lobby was very welcoming with two fireplaces and comfortable seating. We enjoyed having a cuppa coffee and watching TV by the fire. Breakfast was good.

The first room was all the way at the end of the hall. The heater was on constantly and noisy. The toilet was not flushing right. We asked for another room when there was a squealing sound. They, thankfully, moved us to a very quiet and more Convenient room. The manager, as we were leaving, offered his name to get a discount on our way back home, at another Holiday Inn Express, near Savannah.

Location was great. Hotel was clean. No smoke smell and no chemical cleaning smell which was nice. King bed was comfortable. TV was great with lots of options to watch.

Online we were supposed to be getting a king room with a pull out sofa and there was no pull out. We had kids with us and this was really hard to figure out what to do. Thankfully the the woman at the front gave us a roll out bed to help. It was fine but was not as big as a pull out sofa so the other kid had to sleep in bed with us. Online information needs to be changed. The staff said this happens frequently. If we had known there was no pull out we would have made other plans.

For the price, the hotel was modern, clean, room was spacious and looked up to date, good water pressure, hot breakfast offered was a plus, gym was small but had good equipment and weights. I was able to walk to the downtown area and other attractions from the hotel.

It is great that 24 hour coffee is offered but the quality of coffee could be improved as well as providing oat milk instead of creamers.

The property was immaculate and very well maintained. I have a very friendly German Shepherd and he thought the beds were comfortable and he loved the large window view. The staff was accommodating and helpful to me as well as to each other. The nice fellow that did breakfast should get a gold star. Everything was clean and well stocked. I have been to a lot of motels during my life and I can honestly say this one ranks near the top.

Maybe scrambled eggs for breakfast if I am being picky

The breakfast was very good. The food was hot and was replenished frequently. The posted sanitation grade is 100.0 The bed was comfortable and the room overall was "roomy". There is plenty of space in the bathroom for toiletries.

The "couch" in the King Suite is not comfortable and needs to be replaced with a club chair and ottoman. The shower in this particular room was not working properly but still usable. My husband reported it to the associate at checkout.

The beds were very comfortable; it was quiet; and we all really enjoyed our stay. It was a super convenient location for our family to enjoy Tweetsie that evening and the facility was clean and decorated nicely.

The manager of food for continental breakfast was rude to my husband and spoke coldly to another staff member. We overheard the staff member telling a front desk team member that he was being spoken to harshly by this man in the kitchen. Other than that, everyone was very friendly.

Friendly customer service. Assistant general manager, Allen, was superb and friendly with our greeting at 10:00 pm arrival! This was unexpected. Breakfast staff was also very personable and welcoming. We felt taken care of and will definitely recommend this location to others! The accessibility for our dogs was great on the first floor. As a fur-friendly family this set up was perfect! Not many facilities have such an open grass area for pets. A plus!!

Location was great and it was a clean and spacious room.

The AC/heat unit was directly next to one of the beds at the head of the bed and you could not adjust the vents to blow air a different way. Options were to either turn off the heat/AC or have hot/cold air blow in your face all night if you were the one sleeping next to it.

I have stayed in many hotels/motels/boutiques for business and vacations, and this Holiday Inn Express bested all the others in cleanliness, efficient and friendly staff, EXCEPTIONAL free breakfast, very comfortable beds, and a spacious room.

Nothing could have been improved as every aspect of the hotel was perfect! I am not exaggerating. I could have stayed a week and felt comfortable and at home.

The hotel was nice a clean. It was easy to check in and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was great, so was the coffee! We were only there for one night while passing through town, but it was very comfortable and I would stay again.

I wouldn't change anything. For the style of hotel it is, it was very good. We were provided a clean space, all the bathing amenities and the internet and tv worked fine. No changes.
