It was beautiful. We stayed in the Penthouse. It was the entire second floor of the building in the picture. It was way more than I expected or to be. When we went to drop off our key the office was locked so we couldn't tell anyone a about how great our stay was. When I say key, I mean an actual key, not one of those cards.

We arrived after the office closed. It was dark and we had a hard time locating the entrance to our room. The parking lot wasn't lit well so it was hard to see where we were going. Everything. The room and thing was fine. Very comfortable bed and bathroom were clean. We had heat and AC and were very comfortable.

The sweet porch is very nice addition to this room. However, it was a bit dirty and the birds had enjoyed their stay there! But, it wasn't a deal breaker, as we didn't have a lot of time to enjoy it anyway. The cost of the room was steep, especially since we were traveling to check on a home there post-Helene and were not able to stay in the home. However, I was glad to find a room that met all of our needs.

Convenient to the town, could have walked if it were not so cold. The deck was a great place to sit and enjoy your morning and evening drinks. They have a nice lobby area with outside seating as well.

They didn't have clean wash clothes the entire time we were there. We finally just went out and bought our own. They gave us all the towels we asked for though. The heater unit squeaked and rattled all night making it hard to sleep. Ants took over the bathroom sink at one point and stayed. No clue where they came from.

Great location, walked right next door to twigs restaurant and sat at the bar and had a great dinner with fabulous drinks- our 2 small dogs who are created did very well - loved kurig coffee maker and mini fridge in sitting room

Room furniture too large for the space - sitting room should have two small upright chairs and small bistro size coffee table so that one can make coffee easier - instead of oversized enormous chair with matching enormous ottoman - all dogs should be required to be kept in keeps/ create because we did have an anxiety Poot dog next door that cried quite a bit

Our favorite part was how accommodating they were for our German Shepherd. The backyard area with the stream was perfect for her. Plus we loved that it is within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants

The property was in a great location for visiting Boone or Blowing Rock. The pond was frozen when we staid and it was absolutely beautiful.

It was older and could have used a little upkeep, but nothing major.

The room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The a/c kept the room cool. Beautiful bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. The back porch was a nice surprise. It was very quiet even beside the highway.

Very nice stay. We stayed on a villa and it was comfortable and clean. Easy walk to downtown

Every window was unlocked in our ground floor unit. We never saw any staff. One chair in the porch

Retro tub somewhat difficult to use. Remotes for heating and 2 for tv were also difficult to navigate for a while, with no instructions.

we travel with our little 4lb Yorkie and they are very accommodating to pets. I also like that they followed up with a phone call a few hours after we settled in to make sure everything was ok. glad The bed was very comfy and the location was perfect.

They have a beautiful lodge at the office. it’s a shame they don’t have a social hour there for their guest.
