Loved your staff they were all helpful, front desk went out of their way to help with whatever we needed. And the staff you have serving breakfast went way beyond expectations I forget there names but the women during the week was awesome she made sure you had everything you need and more was pleasant to talk with and she help with things I was looking for in the area, help me find whatever I needed to get were I was going, just a great person you have a winner there and the gentleman you had for the weekend was just as good, it was packed and he was running around making sure everyone had what they needed, I had a great talk with him also enjoy my time there thank you

Getting old, lol, mattress wasn’t that comfortable for us but we’re used a fantastic mattress at home.other than that we had a great time and will be coming back a lot because we’re having a house built

The hotel is modern, clean, and in good repair. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms were huge and beautifully modern. The water pressure was decent. The shampoos and soaps were very nice. I was in a hurry so I didn't get to stay for breakfast but it looked good. The staff was super helpful and gracious. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family and make sure all our needs were met. I would be happy to stay here again.

Nothing negative to say about this hotel. Prices were up due to the holiday season but this one was more responsible than others. The location is quiet and away from all the noise of downtown. The town is a mix of new and old, but had some great little restaurants. The staff was excellent.

We had a wonderful breakfast. As my significant other is a diabetic, I needed to weigh out portions of breakfast, the employee working breakfast that morning helped me with a measuring cup. Above and beyond. These kinds of little extra things the team can do to help customers is amazing. Helps smooth out any issues we may run into by innaccurate measurements.

Time we walked in we all said we liked it. I asked a lot of questions of your staff and got the right answers! The room was so neat and clean, we made sure it stayed that way. We took our own trash out, folded and stacked the dirty towels in the bathroom floor, asked for extra trash bags for the 2 receptacles so we could keep the cans clean. All of this because we appreciated the quality. And we were allowed to purchase an extra day to meet our vacation experiences.

The location was convenient to the event and also to a variety of stores, restaurants and gas stations. The breakfast offerings were numerous.

The room had a strange arrangement of a sliding door that covered the closet and the bathroom. That made it inconvenient for someone who needed access to the closet while someone was in the bathroom. The room could use more lighting and the shade covering the window was a bit unusual. The front desk was not always covered by a person. Although the breakfast choices were good the area really needs more seating.

Rooms were well stocked and fairly clean

System was down so I couldn't check in, had to wait for a good while after a long drive just to relax. Front desk person was not very friendly either. But otherwise, not a bad stay

I booked the hotel simply as a place for me to get a few hours of sleep after DJing a wedding. When I arrived around 2pm, even though my room was not ready, I was able to get an early check-in. When I arrived back to the hotel after midnight, my keys were ready to go! I always look forward to a nice breakfast, and I was super impressed when they had CHOCOLATE WAFFLES!! This completely made my day, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The was nothing not to like. Honestly, I was not there long enough to have a bad experience.

I liked the location and hotel

The bathroom and room wasn’t entirely free from hairs that I saw when I arrived but it was mostly clean. The toilet and tub wasn’t entirely clean either

When I arrived they said blocking.com didn’t make the reservation and they were booked and had only one room but $50 more per night so two nights $100. I called booking and they said for me to pay, get an invoice and submit to them and they would credit me. What, I have to do this work, follow up etc for your mistake, not good! The front desk lady Dawn wasn’t too nice to work with but got so frustrated with booking that she gave the room to me for price I had confirmation for. The last three reservations I have made with booking have all had issues.

The room was super roomy and the shower was simply amazing. The Room was super clean. And location was amazing.

The price was too high. And no cookies at the front desk. And the pool wasn't open.
