Good coffee, good breakfast, clean room, and incredibly helpful staff. There was an IT problem with bookings through Booking.com the day we stayed, and the staff was diligent in doing whatever they could to get us a room key and make sure we were not overcharged. The room and the hotel itself was quite stylish, with a capacious shower stall. Free parking, close to downtown. The weather was terrible, otherwise, we would have gone to the pool!

The TVs are "smart," so there are limited options for cable channels (which is my favorite part of staying in a hotel).

I like the welcoming feeling and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast bar is always perfect.

All the times I've stayed here, everything was perfect. This time was the same. The only difference was a couple of days. I did not put the sleep sign outside the door, and the cleaning staff did not go in to leave new towels and take out the wet towels or the trash. The front desk graciously gave me clean towels when I asked.

The breaksfast was very good an MADDIE who sets up the breaksfast did a wonderful job. She was very helpful and so nice to work with. All the staff were great.

They allow dogs and have stations around hotel with plastic bags for poop but alot of the quests were to lazy to use s0 I had a flashlite so I wouldn't step in poop. This is problem with guests not hotel.

Breaksfast was good and front desk people Cheyanne, Gloria and others were very friendly and ladies who did breaksfast were very nice

It had nothing to do with hotel but hotel guest that had dogs seemed to not want to pickup poop which I stepped in one night. Hotel had bags and cans around facility but people can be lazy.

Convenient location, nice amenities.

I asked to have a gift delivered to a guest room and they were unable to do this. I was told by the front desk staff they were not allowed to go into the room without the guests being there. This was a wedding gift for the bride and groom, and I certainly wouldn’t have wanted them to bother them on their wedding night.

It was very clean! Nancy in the kitchen and Kandy at the front desk were awesome and went the extra mile. Variety in breakfast was nice. The room size was amazing!

The breakfast could have had fresher options for fruit. Bananas brown if put in the fridge.

This hotel is located in the heart of Morganton. We fell in love with the town and this lovely modern friendly hotel was icing on the cake. I left a briefcase full of checkbooks and jewelry. They returned them to me by courier completely in tact. Fan and grateful forever

Would like to have picked up on the fact it was dogs only. But would have missed this lovely experience. Thought I might have to strangle my 18 yr old cat!! Ha ha

Clean, modern, spacious.

Other than being right on a busy road (noisy), it was excellent. The caveat is we wanted to extend our stay and the receptionist said they were booked solid so we went on Booking.com and booked the room. After notifying her a couple hours later it seemed like a challenge to be able to keep the room.

The breakfast was delicious each day we were there. But the choices of cereal was a little off, because all of it contained high amounts of sugar. Maybe add some low sugar cereal and low sugar yogurt. Help us diabetics stay on our diets.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the hallway upstairs needed vacuumed and the elevator floors were dirty with spills and foot prints going through it.

The staff were very friendly! The place was clean and the breakfast was good! I loved the fact that they had enough wash cloths, towels, and hand towels already available in the room as most hotels don’t usually provide enough.
