The breakfast was okay. I have had better from other places. My husband is diabetic and could basically eat only eggs and 1 biscuit and a tiny bit of fruit. Fruit was excellent, but he can't eat much of that (but the kids and I enjoyed it!) Staff was excellent and dining area was very clean. Food staff and check-in staff were very attentive.

The milk was chalky and none of the 4 who drank it enjoyed it. Gravy for the biscuits was edible, but didn't want any seconds.

We only stayed for one night, but we wished we had booked here instead of the four night previous stay before arriving. This was an excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly, especially Kaitlyn upon check-in. It was so nice to get a text from her checking in on how we were doing shortly after arriving. Breakfast was delicious! It is a pet-friendly hotel, but you wouldn't know that without seeing the pets being walked outside. There's no bad smell like I've experienced in past pet-friendly businesses and it's a very clean hotel and grounds. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the Asheville area.

There's really not anything bad to say about our stay other than it seemed like the hallways were really stuffy and hot. But the room's a/c more than made up for it.

The breakfast could use some work and for such a rural area I would have expected a lower price. I think good effort was used at the breakfast but real eggs would be an improvement. Overall, I would definitely stay there again. World love to see some additional gluten free options

Host behind front desk was great the night we got in. Enjoyed the hot tub, and beds were super comfortable. In town for the bike race on Mt Mitchell. Price/value was the biggest factor in us staying here

I think there was a bug smashed on the wall of our bathroom? Not a bug deal. Everything else seemed as clean as it could be.

Friendly staff. Staff loaned us an HDMI cord, which was very helpful. Nice breakfast. The decorations were warm and welcoming. Overall appearance of hotel was very clean.

Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. There were many lady bugs in the room, but there was a lot outside as well. AC didn't seem to cool as well as most hotels. Pillows could have been more comfortable.

location, pool, hot tub, breakfast, the availability to get snacks and coffee/hot water anytime after breakfast was over cookies out for you to enjoy in the evenings

the price was a bit steeper than usual for a typical two Queen bed room. $160. a night I think they should move the charging station for electric cars to the side of the hotel instead of under the car port drop off area right in front of the lobby

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed & comfortable during our stay. The heated indoor pool is our favorite! The breakfast had several healthy selections. The rooms were clean & well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location.

Wished they had mentioned that they were remodeling. Though the remodel didn’t affect the stay just breakfast. Grab & go with a little disappointing.

Everything was lovely, I really didn’t like the dog(s) in the Eating area .I understand the pet friendly aspect but still there should be boundaries .

The room was clean and spacious. The gym was pretty good. The breakfast was great!

The pillows were small and not supportive. The gym did not have wipes to sanitize after use.
