First of all, the location 🤩 Its ontop of a little mountain all on its own, we felt very safe. There was 4 adults and 2 kids in our suite. It was very spacious and impeccably clean. We were given a room with a view, so waking up to the mountains every morning was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious especially the biscuits and gravy. The gentleman working the breakfast bar was super friendly and helpful. He made sure everything was fully stocked all morning. The front desk ladies were kind, cheerful and always had extras for us when we needed outside of housekeeping. Housekeeping tidied and stocked the room while we were out and about.

I would suggest putting families with little kids on the 2nd floor since there's no rooms below. That way if kids are running around all hours of the night, they're not disturbing the people below them. That being said, the office did make a call up to the room and it was resolved promptly.

The staff were amazing!! The hotel was very quiet and clean and the location was perfect! Rooms were great, bathrooms were clean! The fact that they have dove body wash hand soap shampoo and conditioner is a PLUS for me!!!!

I think everything was great!! I had no complaints, other than a little pricey but thats the economy these days!

I think you should make a pot of oatmeal daily instead of using oatmeal packets. I travel a lot for my co.pany and for fun, and there is always a pot of hot oatmeal each morning. It's not expensive. And if you're in a rush in the morning, it's quick.

Facility was clean, well kept.

Could hear everything from the room above me. Sounded like someone was going bowling in the middle of the night. Whomever was below me was complaining about the noise in my room. I have an ADHD pre-K kid that I had to restrict to staying on the bed only at night time. Probably could use more insulation in floor/ ceiling areas. Couldn’t hear anything from rooms next door/ on the sand floor as us.

I liked the quiet, off the road location. I LOVED the beds! They were so comfortable! The space in and layout of the room was great. I liked the cleanliness and newness of the place.

Liked everything about the place, although I could always go for a lower price.

This was our 2nd time staying!! We didn’t eat breakfast, but we did grab juice! The room was amazing the bed was so comfortable, and the dove in the bathroom is a big plus!!!

We had a problem at check in They did not show our reservation made and prepaid through booking. Jocelyn? Made a few calls to verify that reservation was paid for but had not been forwarded to the hotel by Booking.com She was very friendly and helpful and gave us a room upgrade. Not necessary but it was a nice offer. It seemed to us that Booking did not confirm reservation with the hotel we were checking into prepaid. Not sure but could have been a major problem for us if she had not been persistent in getting it corrected.

Easy to navigate. Room was super clean. Lighting in the bathroom was amazing. Front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. I was able to check in a little early. I was apprehensive being a solo female traveler but I felt safe at the hotel.

Manager was extremely helpful and polite. Room was spacious and well-appointed with modern business decor, but more importantly comfortable and clean. Coffee maker with supplies for morning coffee and frig in room were nice added touches.
